How about identifying the business you are answering the call for? She tells me she's out of the office and will be back in 1/2hr. It's been 2 plus weeks. She never asked for my number, so I assumed she would grab it from her cell. I guess she has too much business and does not need any more?? Horrible customer service! Wouldn't trust them to insure my trash. Everyone is always telling us to go local, the little guy. When we do, we end up with garbage customer service most of the time. This is a prime example.
