We trusted Steve Beechs and his team with all our business--and got burned. They told us our paperwork was "processed," but corporate had received nothing because it was never sent. I had to call corporate myself to uncover the truth. Service tanked after Joe left. Under Alma, there was zero follow-through; she even told us it wasn't her job to follow up on claims or changes. When we asked for help from the owner, Steve was no better--curt, dismissive, and he hung up on my husband when he asked for clarification and turn times. Bottom line: rude to clients, misleading about status, and allergic to accountability. We won't be back, and having our last life insurance policy transferred to another agent. The unexpected can be very stressful and the not knowing . One day we realized our Floors were wet we immediately shut off our water and called our State Farm adjuster. They walked us through everything . We are very lucky to have them and also Jon Bloom who is the restoration guy . He has been here every day and answered all questions we have . Bad faith, discrimination, elderly abuse! Elderly Mother in-law and mentally disabled elderly father-in-Law had a 2nd story pipe leak and woke up to 2" of water in her kitchen. She's never filed a claim, so she called Steve her agents office and reported the leak. He sent out his plumber who only assed the water damage, then left. Six weeks went by with no word on their claim nor damage control. She called Steve's office and they informed her, they never filed a claim on her behalf. When damage is reported, Agents are required by law, to file a claim on their insured behalf. My mother-in-law asked the adjuster Louis E Gueniot for a translator and he refused 5 times. Louis offered to have "his neighbor" translate!!! Thankfully we had the foresight to have to repair made with in 24 hours, otherwise State Farm/Louis and Steve would have denied the claim. Now Louis is refusing to move forward on repairs and provide appropriate alternate housing. He sent a threatening letter from his lawyer, causing my mother-in-law to have heart palpitations! Ok so I post reviews on the positive and the negative. My wife's Diamond fell out and we went to file a claim to find out it was never put on the insurance. This was really upsetting and State Farm Claims told me they weren't going to cover it. A couple days later I got a call from my agent who told me they were going to take care of the claim. As an end result my wife got her ring fixed I kept my Policy and my rating totally changed. They could of just let this go but the continued to work on it and help there customer out. In my eyes when you dont give up and keep fighting for your customer that's a 5 star rating. Thank You I so appreciate what you did. read more

Last night, I opened, what I thought would be, a routine letter from Hartford Insurance. The letter turned out to be a notice that Hartford was dropping my home insurance because my agent no longer handled Hartford. Without an email, phone call, or anything! The cancellation date was yesterday. I was mortified!! I couldn't sleep. I've had my house and car insurance with them for many, many years without an incident, claim, or missed payment. This morning, a friend told me about his great experience with Steve Beach. I called Steve's office this morning and despite the fact that it is New Year's Eve, Joe (I think he's the office manager) quickly and easily worked up a quote for both car and home. He was so helpful and nice. The quote for both auto and home came in at about $680/year less than what I was paying with MORE COVERAGE!! Not only that, he got everything transferred over immediately. State Farm came to the rescue when we received a notice of non-renewal of our homeowner's insurance. Many carriers have discontinued coverage in our area (fire zone). I got several quotes for homeowners, auto and umbrella, and State Farm by far had the most reasonable quote for coverage comparable to what we had before.
