Meanwhile, the DMV allows you to pay anyone's registration without an issue. At this point, AAA has turned multiple simple DMV-related transactions into unnecessary headaches. My assigned agent kept saying that they are not picking up the phone so there's nothing he can do. I called the supervisor and managers and non of them got back to me until a month later. Everyone that I have spoken to seems really lazy about their job and kept passing me to someone else. So basically I just paid monthly for years and when I really needed them, they do not advocate for their clients and abandon me with the damages to my car that I have to deal with on my own even though it wasn't my fault. I am sharing what happened to me so people can be warned and not go through the struggle that I went through. DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE!
