Once I came in, he was able to swap my battery out in half an hour. I also had another issue with my lens and he identified the problem instantly and was able to clean and re-glue my lens that was loose on my old iphone. Not available on the market, the device allows remote switching between two independent, dedicated amplified sound systems-- that is, my Yamaha home theatre, multi-channel surround sound system, and my vintage Marantz quadraphonic receiver. Basically, it allows me to utilize my existing surround speakers for both amplified sound sources - saving the expense of an additional four speakers. At first, he promised me a loaner phone so he could order a new screen and repair the damage he caused, but it turned out that he didn't actually have one and so he changed his mind and told me to go f*** myself. I ended up having to go to Mobil Klinik and pay for both repairs again. What a f***ing nightmare. I'm now suing him in small claims court to recoup my costs because he refused to make good on his mistake.

Beware; This is not the best place for repairs. He serviced…read moremy tube amp in January 2021. When I picked it up, a week later, it had problems the first time it was turned on. Took it back, he kept it for another 6 months, and then stated he couldn't fix it. Amp sound was originally distorted and quiet. After first service it made popping sounds that got louder and louder and no audio. After final pick up, the unit now has no output at all. Looking at the cabinet - the phillips screw heads are all now chewed up because of over-torqueing. Looking inside I see he has replaced one of the capacitors with a wrong value. Short of taking it apart and replacing this part the correct way - he cut the leads of the old one and soldered it to them. Hack job! This is not good service.
