When I inquired about bundling homeowners' insurance, my email went unanswered, and I had to call to get help. Robert was courteous once I reached him, but it took effort. More recently, I emailed again to cancel my policy -- no reply, and his voicemail was full. After waiting several days, I gave up and called Progressive directly, where the issue was resolved in minutes. While I appreciated the years of relatively hands-off service, better communication during important transitions would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of responsiveness left me disappointed.
