When we were about to leave out the store because we were being treated like common criminals an security guard and police officer was waiting at the entrance. The alarm went off as I exited the store again. So I we walked out and headed down the mall and almost entered a different when the police and security l followed us to the store and told me I needed to go back to the store be searched, it was completely embarrassing I have never in my life been treated like that before. We went back to the store I informed the the police and security guard that once I was searched I would like an apology. Once entered the store I informed the store associate that I wanted an apology after being searched, they all refused. Noone would apologize, they were rude and did not even care that you do not accuse people of being a thief without apologizing. They all could have apologized and would not. I was wrongly followed by store associates, police and security guards. I have never been to jail in my entire 39 years of my life. I would never risk my life for nothing or anyone. The store is very racist, I was followed, harrassed and searched in Tommy Hilfiger. The police security guard was called to follow me and searched, I will never go in the store again and I will also let the world know how racist they are. I couldn't finish shopping because I was embarrassed and my niece cried hysterically. My niece was completely frightened. The entire situation could have been handled differently but yet I was treated like a thief.

Instead of taking accountability for the design flaw, they shifted blame to the manufacturer and implied the problem was somehow my fault for noticing too late. Even after I returned the item (which they accepted), they refused to issue a full refund -- withholding shipping costs and trying to charge a restocking fee for a product that was defective from the start. Their attitude throughout was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional -- treating a valid customer concern like an inconvenience. I've since filed a BBB complaint and a dispute with Affirm. If you value honesty, fair policies, or even basic customer service, do not shop at Wish ATL. The product was wrong, the tone was rude, and the experience was exhausting.
