From the moment I walked in, it felt like there was something for everyone -- clothing stores, specialty shops, attractions, and more food options than I could count. What really stood out to me was the variety. Whether you're into fashion, sneakers, home décor, pop culture collectibles, or just window shopping, this mall has it all. Even after nearly two hours of walking, I'm pretty sure I only covered about half of it. There's just so much to explore that it's impossible to take it all in during one visit. The food court was another pleasant surprise. It's clean, spacious, and full of options -- from quick bites to hearty meals. Everything looked fresh, smelled amazing, and there was plenty of seating even during busy hours. Parking was easy, the atmosphere felt safe, and the place was well-maintained overall. Between the sheer size, the variety of stores, and the energy of the space, Sugarloaf Mills really delivers that "mall experience" that's become rare these days. It was definitely cute and stylish, but for my child, no way! I thought if that was a sign of their "deals", I'd rather not shop there anyway. Service at the register for my return went off without too much aggravation from either side. She was initially kind of perturbed I was doing a return online, but I managed to get a small from her at the end. I didn't get my shipping cost back, but it's still worth it to have returned. I really doubt I'd be back here. The location is undesirable for me, and the selection of clothes haphazardly strewn about on racks all over the place does not appeal to me either.

The mall is SUPER clean, maintenance was changing lights, the buzz of stores getting ready to open- food court slowly getting up & running. I had about 30 mins to just wander & remind myself what this mall has to offer. A smaller mall, but so well layed out! "Neighborhoods" in a big circle with the food court in the middle. LOTS of diverse stores- some higher end, some that seem to me Latino or African American inspired, Dicks, Bass Pro Shop, Dave & Busters, a full Movie Theater AND Mediev Times. If this mall doesn't have what you need... I'd be shocked!!!! Children's store, Five Below, A Dollar Store, a Trampoline Park, book store... snacks & meals & a Carousel too. It is located just off I-85 making for a very convenient shopping experience. I was here for the Paris Baguette which opens at 7am and then over to Starbucks which opens much earlier. Lots of parking this early in the morning and it was easy to get into the shopping center. Departing at 8am was super easy to get back onto the Interstate heading north. The shopping center also includes a large Rooms To Go, Homewood Suites, indoor go karts, Whataburger, Halal Guys, wings, subs, smallcakes and even Pickle Social. Lots to do here.
