They did a great job cleaning up after. We have a toddler and were worried about nails being on the ground after but it was clear they had been very thorough with their clean up. Within 30 minutes I had a callback from Ramon who said that they could replace them the same day. I had another company quote me 2 1/2 times as much. Which was a complete rip off, terrible... I was really happy with JR's pricing and the response. In 45 minutes they were on scene and up on the roof. They brought down the old flashing boots and sure enough they were dry rotted. It was really disappointing that other companies would want to rip somebody off that much. I would not recommend this company, based on both past and recent experiences. Over 20 years ago,…read morethey did siding and windows on my parents' house. Years later, the windows were letting in drafts. When my parents tried to file a claim, the manufacturer said the issue was with the installation, and when they went back to the contractor, the contractor blamed the window company. My parents were left to eat the cost. Didn't put two and two together until now. Fast forward to 2021, I had them install gutters on my house. In 2023, I called for a roof quote but never moved forward. In 2026, I tried to call them again, but they wouldn't return my call. Upon inspecting my gutters, I discovered major installation issues: the leaf fitters were shoved underneath my shingles, shingles from a previous roof layer were pushed back and the gutters were installed too high. This poor work has caused my fascia board to rot over time. So glad they haven't returned my call. Stay away and don't be naive like me. Needless to say, I've hired someone else for full roof replacement along with fascia board, soffit and gutters.

Noble construction has been the contracted roofer for Ryan homes…read more I have had a roof leak in the same spot each year I have owned the home whenever there is heavy rain. Noble roofing has been sent out 4 times and state that they sealed the leak but each year the saga continues. Noble roofing is not responsive or follow up at all. Issue reported for the 5th time on 12/30/2022. They sent a roof inspector out finally after a month on 1/27/2023; but did not call me to schedule an inspection and I was unavailable. I had to have them reschedule for 2/1/2023; when I would be home. They never showed up, I called and they said the cancelled due to weather conditions, but failed to call me to notify me they were canceling and needed to reschedule. This company is a complete waste of time!

I had a very good experience with having my roof replaced by Noble Roofing. Several other houses…read moreon my street were having their roofs replaced, and Noble did 2 of them. Based on the positive experiences that my 2 neighbors had with Noble, I decided to hire them, too. Setting up the initial assessment couldn't have been easier. A quick phone call to their office, and I had an appointment for the very next day. Daniel, the General Manager, came out with his assistant, Omar, to assess the condition of my roof. I knew from a previous gutter cleaning that I had lots of cracked shingles. Daniel and Omar confirmed this and told me that the particular shingle on my roof (CertainTeed Horizon) was known to be susceptible to thermal cracking and premature failure. They took lots of pictures and emailed them to me that same evening. Daniel was very helpful in explaining in detail the whole process of how to have my roof replaced under homeowner's insurance. I made an appointment with my insurance adjuster to inspect my roof, and Daniel made sure he was right there with me to ensure that their assessment of the roof damage was consistent with what he had found. When my insurance company sent me the estimate for the roof replacement, I forwarded it to Daniel right away and made an appointment to sign the contract with Noble the very next day. Daniel was very helpful in explaining to me the specifications of the choices in shingle that they had to offer. I went with Daniel's suggestion of the GAF Timberline HD shingle. Daniel also explained to me all the items on the work order that his crew would complete, including tasks to bring my roof up to current building code. Within 2 weeks of signing the contract, I had a beautiful new roof. A crew came and loaded all the shingles on my roof one day, and another crew came the next day to perform the work. The workers were very careful to put tarps over any areas where debris might fall on. They worked very diligently from about 6:30AM-3:30PM, much faster than I anticipated thanks to the number of workers who came out. After the work was done, they ran a magnet over the entire area thoroughly to catch any nails on the ground. Daniel even came by after the crew left to do a second passing with the magnet himself. Overall, I was very pleased with Noble Roofing. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and courteous. Daniel answered all of my questions promptly, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Now every time I see a Noble Roofing truck on the road or their sign in front of a house, I know that there's another happy customer out there.

Not the…read morelowest quote, not the highest, but we got solid, quality work with quality products and a very smooth experience, for a reasonable price. Their estimator came out and intently listened, laid out our options, and made sure we were all on the same page. He was honest and transparent about what could be done, what couldn't be done, and ultimately provided a very detailed, fair estimate. He was there when the crew arrived on the first day, and again took pains to ensure everyone was on the same page. The crew was respectful of the home, clean, efficient, and polite and friendly when we had to interact with them. The project manager visited the job each day and liaised between us and the crew, as opportunities for clarification arose. The crew's work was just as detailed and fastidious as the estimate, and everything they worked on, from the siding replacement to the exterior house painting and gutter replacement, went very smoothly. The end result exceeded our expectations, especially as the house is 70 years old with additions and oddly placed utilities and "old house things" that can make it challenging to work on. They took it all in stride and banged out some fabulous work, though! The house looks better than I've ever seen it. People keep noticing too, as we have been getting frequent requests to share Orions info with visitors who see their recent work during their visits. We will definitely work with Orion again!

The good: Reasonably Priced and Decent Sales team…read more The bad: Zero project management or follow through. In March I contracted with Orion Home Improvements to demolish and build a new deck. They failed to anticipate a new plat was needed and had promised no permits were required, as they would simply be replacing old footings. Both things proved untrue and we spent another 2 months obtaining the required permits. During that time Orion was not communicating and I had to call they every week for a check-in. May 3rd arrives and materials are delivered, a dumpster is dropped, and workers arrive. First two days run fairly smoothly with demolition. Day 3 is a half day, 0930-1230, "we are waiting for the permit", meanwhile the demolition is not complete and the dumpster is not filled, debris is piled in the yard. Once the the first permit comes in, the process is 3 more weeks with 1-3 workers per day, working 3 to 6 hours per day. Nobody communicates when they are coming or going, they just sort of show up. Three total weeks later a beautiful deck. Final permit/inspection is cancelled and another week goes by to get everything approved. Bottom line: Orion Home Improvement is unreliable and I will not be working with them again.
