I have had to deal with this company because they plow the lot of the Chinese market that my property abuts. On a number of occasions I have asked them not to plow the snow against my wooden 8 foot fence. Multiple times over the last year two years they have continued to plow the snow from the parking lot against my fence resulting in damage even after my request for them to stop because it had damaged it in the past.. The first two times I had the fence fixed myself this last time which happened around January I was able to obtain the number of the plow company from the Chinese marketplace management. I called steve the owner multiple times with plenty of pictures back-and-forth. For six months he promised he would be out there to fix the gate so that I would not have to hire a different company to repair it. I thought this was the best option as it would be beneficial to both parties it would not cost me any further money to repair my fence and he would benefit by being able to fix it himself without me sending him a bill from another fence company since he said that he does fencing. after six months and threatening to take him to court he finally repaired the fence however it was very shoddy work and the door still was not closing correctly the top half of the gate fit tight when the door was closed and the bottom half of the gate had about 2 inches gap which means the gate is not square. At that time I figured I would reach back out to him however because of my busy schedule it took approximately two months for me to do so. I texted him once again with pictures and a request to fix the door correctly which he ignored again I had to threaten him with a trip to small claims court to even receive a phone call where he told me he did the repair and that it was fine and he will not do any further repairs to the fence and that it was an old fence. I told him that it is not an old fence and that I had it installed the new fence about a year and a half ago after his plows broke my old fence. I reported to him that this gate was the third time that his company and plow trucks damaged the new fence and that I have asked him and everyone of his drivers not to push the snow against my fence. Now Summer is near over and I am still dealing with a broken fence that happened during the winter. Tomorrow I will be having another company fix it and take it up with small claims.. read more
