This was my second time purchasing a property and decided to go with Boutique Realty because my first purchase was very stressful due to the first mortgage broker being difficult to work with. When purchasing, he took us all over the valley until we finally found an area we were comfortable with and was within our price range. It was a treat every time we walked into a potential property and without any hesitation, Allen could tell us everything we could possibly want to know. Including, the brand and types of floors, fixtures and other non-obvious pieces of the home. This helped cut through some of the typical misdirection...Oh, you think that vanity is nice, that's the cheapest one at Lowe's, etc. When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, he was (as I like to say) ruthless!
