She included everyone in our party, including the maid of honor on video call. We loved the semi-private fitting area and bright, natural light of their showroom. The views of the mountains are gorgeous in the background and we loved being able to enjoy our own charcuterie and Proseco, while we waited. The staff is so welcoming, sweet and "pretty in pink" and we are so happy our daughter said "Yes to the Dress - in COS" here at Something New. Prices were on the mid-range compared to other places we shopped in the Chicsho area, but the quality of the dresses here definitely made it worthwhile. Great customer service!!…read more I had read online that this was not the best Men's Wearhouse to go to and someone had mentioned that they don't do sizing? Which is completely wrong. We had my dad sized for his suit today for our August wedding and we were 110% satisfied. Lauren helped us and made sure to go over our party's attire and what exactly my dad would be wearing. She quickly sized him for his suit and even let us see different sizes for the suit as my dad was a little unsure. She really took the time and made sure we were happy with everything. We did have to wait about 15-20 minutes as other people were ordering and picking out group attire. We didn't mind waiting as we were greeted as soon as we walked in and the two staff kept reassuring us we'd be helped soon. This Men's Wearhouse is pretty small so if there's other parties don't be afraid to be close! We did gander around the store while we waited but noticed there isn't much room compared to other stores. The store was clean and the signing was very modern on the store front. I really had a great experience here and invite anyone in the Springs area to visit this store.

I bought my dresses here when I was in high school 10+ years ago. Terrible experience treating us like we're too young and poor to afford a dress. I was prepared to buy her whatever she wanted. Also to mention, we were there 30+ minutes (inside & sitting in my car writing this review outside) and no other customers showed. Crickets. So it's not like they were too busy for us, in which case I would understand. I will take her somewhere with better customer service, prepared to help us rather than turn us away.

But even then they kept staring at us, and every time you would ask questions we got terrible attitude back towards us. We don't know if the employees were having a bad day, but I really hope this doesn't happen. Anybody else especially considering my friend was the one getting attitude towards and she already had a lot going on that day.

I eventually just started trying on jackets myself. When I found what I needed, I asked an employee playing on their phone for help checking out and they said I would have to find someone else? They were very rude and annoyed people were in their store.
