The lady behind the counter had lots of good information regarding cases, holsters etc. Their prices include taxes and the required criminal background check, which is all on top of the price at the other stores. Emails often went unanswered, and it was extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. When you're purchasing a high-end firearm, clear and timely communication should be a priority. I placed a very expensive firearm on layaway, but encountered several issues throughout the process just because I paid with different cards to spread the cost. I am currently still waiting for the refund to be processed. I'm not questioning the products they sell, but the customer service and communication fell well below my expectations for a transaction of this value.
