I had a paper receipt for the backpack and was given a concerned look for the gloves' exchange since they were on a separate receipt, through the email, no paper receipt given for those that were purchased with ski boots and ski helmet. (and extended warranty for the boots' fitting) Manager Allen (supervisor, he said). He couldn't find my purchases from yesterday and the email attachment would not come up, only white page. He tried several ways to get my receipt up so we could exchange the gloves but I was worried that the warranty for my boots fit guarantee for an added charge would not be honored because they had no record. They tried my phone number and email, nothing. So I asked for a copy pf my receipt from yesterday, paper copy, and he himhawed around and shuffled his feet and finally came up with, "it was my fault and my phone's fault the receipt attachment would not open." So that trust is nonexistent and I will never return there. No apologies or assistance to help me, even the clerk from my purchase yesterday wouldn't help, sad place

Booked a Guided trip with Peak Fly Shop. The shop is in-town, and good sized with everything you…read morecould want/need to hit the water. We were visiting and used their rental gear. The Boots and waders were all high quality (Sims, Patagonia, etc) and the rods/reels were all Orvis. All in great shape. Went out with Mark. Good guy, patient, and got us on the fish. We had some novice fishermen and he gave a quick class to get us going. We were hooked up within the first few casts. He gave us some solid techniques and advice on locating fish on the South Platte. He divided his time up focusing on the guys who needed more help. It was a Great day! Many bites, a bunch of hook-ups and landed a good amount of trout. Learned a ton and had a bunch of laughs. Highly recommend.
