I'm shopping around for a vehicle so I downloaded Car Gurus and found an ideal vehicle located here at Steve Rayman (Cobb). I scheduled an appointment and was truly excited. I make the 50 min drive and was confused as to where to meet my sales rep. After asking around I ended up getting in my vehicle and driving to the building next to the building I was originally located. Anyhoo the sales guy asked me a series of questions. I came with $1000 deposit on the vehicle I saw online the vehicle was $6000. I was told I would be able to test drive the vehicle the sales guy tells me he's going to grab the keys. He was gone for at least 15-20 mins keep in mind he's in an office speaking with who he claims to be his manager and I can see them talking. He comes back and says I have to put at least $3000 down or I can look for another vehicle. Of course he says a newer vehicle which would be more expensive. I'm like dude I'm not trying to have a $500 dollar car note. I don't want to view other vehicles when I came for a specific vehicle. Then he goes back in the office smh then comes back and says that's all they can do. So either put half down on this vehicle or look at a more expensive one smh. He hasn't ran my credit doesn't know what I would qualify for but insists on looking at something else. He never even showed or let me test drive the vehicle I came to see. Needless to say I left. The whole experience was shady and weird. The sales guy keeps emailing me to come back and waste more time looking at vehicles that are similar to what I wanted. It is so many other dealerships out here selling cars. This is why your reviews are terrible. Not good business at all. I would not recommend this car dealership and I will not be returning here EVER!!! I will take my money and business elsewhere. I took my car for service and once i agreed to a price for the work that was going to be done. CRICKETS!! Keep my car almost two weeks and couldn't reach anyone after that. I feel like I was overcharged for my service. Got my car home opened up my hood and the acceleration cable not hook up .The brand new yellow top battery I just had installed was nasty and oil. I spent $2900 cash and I still got the worst customer service I have ever experience. I'm scared of taking it back to have them fix it because they may do more harm. Avoid Steve Rayman Chevrolet This July I purchased a certified used vehicle from Steve Rayman Chevrolet and the experience has been a complete nightmare from start to finish. From the very beginning, the sales staff pressured me heavily while repeatedly claiming "we aren't high pressure" during my test drive. I was only willing to leave a deposit that day, yet the sales tactics were aggressive and misleading. When I later checked the online listing, I discovered that the advertised price was supposed to include taxes and fees. This was not honored during our initial negotiations. Only after I returned angry and insisted on clarification did they reduce the price by $1,500. You need to print and save every advertised price and make them commit to honoring it, or you will likely pay far more than expected. Even then, the purchase process was chaotic. The finance department claimed the General Motors system was down, and I did not receive confirmation that paperwork was ready until 6 PM the day before completing the sale. After finally taking delivery, within 24 hours the check engine light came on. Upon inspecting the vehicle, I found the air intake hose completely disconnected. The dipstick showed zero oil and there was a small leak under the car. This is not normal wear and tear. It is a serious safety and mechanical issue. The dealership initially agreed to tow the car back, but it took hours of calls and voicemails just to get a tow scheduled. The issues did not stop there. The following week a headlight went out, requiring another repair visit. Today my temporary tag expired because the dealership failed to process my registration in a timely manner and no one in their registration department answers the phone. This is completely unacceptable and puts customers at risk of citations or legal trouble. I was charged a $999 documentation fee, which is on the high end of standard fees for processing paperwork at most dealerships. It is crazy to charge such a high fee and still fail to process documents and registration on time. This dealership only takes action when you are physically present. I have had to make six separate trips just to get anything done. Steve Rayman Chevrolet shows a clear pattern of misrepresentation, unsafe vehicles, and poor customer service. Even if the car is fixed, the repeated problems, high fees, and lack of accountability make this dealership completely untrustworthy. I have been put in a state of anxiety over and over again. Don't Waste Your Time - Dishonest Practices I called ahead to verify a specific vehicle was available before driving there. I was told clearly over the phone that the vehicle was on the lot and ready to be seen. I even scheduled an appointment the same day. After driving 1.5 hours through Atlanta traffic, I arrived only to be told the vehicle was not available. No real explanation--just a shrug and an immediate attempt to steer me toward other, more expensive vehicles. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. This dealer is unresponsive when it comes to keeping their warranty and car maintenance. You are subject to as much chaos as we were (detailed below) if you decide to purchase a car with them. TLDR: The car we purchased had problems, the dealership did not fix them and would not reimburse us fully for the car rental after they had worked on the car for weeks. The vehicle we purchased (with warranty) would not start 6 days after taking it home. It was m a dead battery, so we bought a new one, next day the car was dead again. After 3 days of charging the battery and it dying the next morning, the car was dropped off at Steve Rayman Chevrolet Repair. We called two days later for an update, no response. The next day we physically went in to get answers, no one had looked at the vehicle yet End of the same day, they said it was ready to pick up, but they did not solve the battery drain problem, all they did was charge the battery (which would leave us with a dead battery the next day). After 4 days without a car, they get us a car rental for 1 week while they try to solve the problem. After 7 days of voicemails and requests for updates, we had to physically go in to get the rental car extended because they had not fixed our car. Another 7 days go by, they ordered a replacement for the radio (they said it was draining the battery) our rental was extended another week. Another 7 days later, the rental was due, we had gotten no response on the status of our vehicle. We once again had to physically go in to get answers. The car was miraculously "fixed" paperwork said they replaced the ignition switch (not the radio which was what they ordered??). Steve Rayman Chevrolet said they would handle returning the rental. Three days later, the car battery is dead AGAIN. We noticed the rear wiper was stuck in the upright position, did some research, pulled the fuse for the wiper and never had a battery issue again. We hoped this would be the end of it. We tried contacting Steve Rayman Chevrolet about being reimbursed for the rental they got us, since we got a warranty and the car was just bought. Of course, no answer, so we physically went in and were told to call the warranty company (Car Bravo). Two days later, Car Bravo told us the repairs that were made were not covered by warranty and that Steve Rayman Chevrolet is responsible for the reimbursement. 3 days of calls and no answer, we physically went into Steve Rayman Chevrolet AGAIN, we were told we'd get a call back within a week. No call back and no answer to our calls in that week. Eventually we were offered only half of the reimbursement. We reluctantly agreed since they had been impossible to get a hold of, and did not even fix the car properly in the first place, we just wanted this over. We were told we'd receive half of the reimbursement within 6 days, 6 days pass, they then tell us 7 more days. 19 DAYS after they've told us we'd have our refund (only half of what they truly owed us) we emailed threatening to take this situation to small claims court. We finally received our check a few days later. Overall shady and very unhelpful company, would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Everything everyone said, no one ever answers the phone or call back. The pricing is wrong, they don't follow up with the warranty people and it took over a month to get answers. Some of the things they claimed needed to be fixed was not broke before I took it. I am not a spring chicken and have been buying from dealerships for over 20 years for the good service, specialty and knowledge. Usually timeliness comes with it along with accountability. This is the upmost worst I have been to ever including non dealerships. I asked for the manager Dan several times and he was never there does he call back so apparently they don't care about customers. It's so bad I am willing to not buy a Chevy again if this the service I have to deal with unless I have to travel far and spend more money to have someone drive me back. As a customer I don't want to chase you for updates and information, especially when you're talking about personal transportation in a county that does not have a reliable source of public transportation. I walked in with cash in hand, ready to buy, and walked out without a car. I literally purchased a car the very next day at another dealership and had an excellent, stress-free experience--so I know this wasn't normal. A vehicle listed at $22,000 somehow became nearly $30,000 out the door due to taxes plus $4,000 in questionable add-ons that were never properly disclosed. The car was also advertised as certified, which turned out not to be true. The most disappointing part was management. The man who claimed to be the "head deal closer" became angry and unprofessional during negotiations, refused to shake my brother-in-law's hand, and literally yelled "give me my paper" once the deal was clearly over. Very dishonest business practises. Went to go look at a bolt ev that was listed for a little over 11k. When they handed me the paperwork with their offer it was almost 19k. It wasn't charged when we looked at it, so they said they would put it on the fast charger and show me it fully charged if i waited 30 minutes. Not only did they not have a fast charger they didnt even plug it in to its own 110v charger until my wife called them out on it. They lied to me to get me in the door, the lied to me to keep me in the door. They lied to me to get me to run my credit report. Also, they hit my credit with 4 seperate hard inquiries. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO STEVE RAYMAN CHEVROLET SERVICE IN SMYRNA, GA Overpriced, careless, dishonest. I had my vehicle towed in for engine issues while it was still running. I was told I needed a new engine. They did not initially offer to apply the diagnostic fee toward the repair for the new engine, so I declined their overpriced offer and planned to take my car elsewhere. Later, they started offering different options and said they would apply the amount toward a new engine--very wishy-washy and inconsistent. They told me they'd call when the car was ready, leading me to believe it would at least be returned in the condition it arrived. Instead, they kept it for 7 more days. When I picked it up, the engine was still completely torn down, with parts unsecured, screws loose, and tubes left open--causing gas and oil to leak everywhere. Even the next dealership was shocked by how carelessly it was left, saying it could've caused further damage. When I asked the manager why nothing had been done for 7 days and why they didn't at least secure everything or close off screws and parts, he said he didn't know and offered no answers or compensation. I also reached out to the dealership to forward my complaint; I was told they would notify the manager, but I have not heard back or received any response. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

A few months after purchase of a new vehicle, there was an issue with some weatherstripping on the back of the car. I could not get anyone to get back to me. After calling and contacting them on their site I ultimately had the work done at another dealership out of town. I also was unable to receive a copy of some paperwork I requested. I called, emailed, contacted through their site, even went in person, no one helped me. long story short, avoid this place like the plague. Breach of Contract. The team literally created a bill of sale, then sent the wrong form of warranty to the company and despite bill of sale refuses to update it. Then, the SM offered that if I wanted to pay $2 more for what is already on our bill of sale he would be happy to update the info to the warranty company Additionally promised that the $1200 inspection we had to pay for had a clear health check on all major systems ( trans a/c etc). On the drive home my children began not feeling safe due to shaking once we got on the hwy. We then brought the suv to a ford dealership who ran their own inspection and found $6200 in transmission issues, A/c and other issues. Thankfully we were still under a blanket warranty with Ford that covered some of the items. Jaime Ortega is employs deceptive practices to gain sales which is called consumer fraud in the state of Ga and the team is in breach of contract. The GM has refused to call us , forcing our family to spend another $200 to send certified letters to corp, SRC the BBB and now the Georgia Dept of Consumer Protection and seek legal assistance. We have additionally lost over $4 k in PTO. Mr Ham the GM feels after all time and exposing his teams deception unwinding this deal will be the best resort. Although this will sweep things under the rug for his team, there is no accountibility taken. Read the reviews, take your business elsewhere. read more

Dropped my car off on a Saturday morning via appointment on the website. Called Monday (luckily someone answered) and said they were waiting on a part to arrive. It's now Tuesday at 4pm and I still don't have my car and no update has been provided. I had to reach out to them. The first time someone answered and put me through to a rep that did not answer. Called back multiple times. No answer. Called from a different phone number and what do you know...someone answered! What a joke! If zero was an option, it would not be low enough. Run from both this dealership as well service department. I typically get on apps to share stellar experiences, but cannot let others come to this dealership without warning. Their business practices are completely unethical and will lie about the cars condition and what comes with your sale just to get you to sign. A month later, my car that we paid for is on site. We were told a "hassle free price", then forced to by their inspection for $1200 which we were told was clean. We were also told all cars came with the Steve Rayman 6 month, 6k mile advantage which covers anything wrong. We drove off the lot and got off the Hwy and learned there were issues with the transmission. After bringing it to Ford, we learned the inspection wasnt clear and there was a list of issues. SRC then tried to say we forced the items on the inspection list when we only drove our car to and from the dealership post sale. When trying to get help for this, our family had to literally chase down the Sales manager who was too busy scamming, I mean selling to others. They have told us they " helped" us by providing a loaner. Finally, they picked up our car a week ago from Ford to fix a few things under the SRA, only to call us yesterday to tell us they didnt do any of that, and they were on their way to get the loaner. When approached the SM said " no one forced you to sign" and " its just business"; however we would not have signed if when asked about the intitial $1200 inspection we were told it was clear, no issues, and then again when things were found broke the team has done all possible not to repair. Their GM has also been too busy to call. If you scroll down these reviews you will see other posts showing dishonest business practives. Do yourself a favor, drive up the street to Wade Ford. They are straight shooters, have a peaceful atmosphere and Rance the GM will come, sit with your kids and talk to your family. - and to the GM of SRC I am still waiting on a call. I took my car in to get serviced due to an electrical issue with the vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told by my service advisor, Alex, that my car would not be completed until the middle of August. However, they didn't have any loaner cars available and I had to go through my extended warranty if I needed to book a rental. Mind you, I took my car in 3 weeks ago. What she failed to tell me was that there were "20" people ahead of me on the loaner list prior to my vehicle already being taken in to complete a diagnosis. Came back to me with a completely different issue than what was actually diagnosed and expected me to pay with no communication to proceed. I will say, she was the worst advisor I have ever dealt with during my experience with having my vehicle serviced at many different Chevrolets. What made my experience a 4 out of 5 stars was the service manager, Thomas, and one of the technicians, Chris. They listened to my concerns and issues I have been having with Alex not communicating respectfully, failing to calling back, updating, and spreading misinformation. It's what you would call service advisor dropping the ball but the service manager being able to pick it up. I've realized speaking to the managers are better than going through the advisor. Your advisor should have your best interests at heart and keep you updated on your process instead of making false promises and statements to get you to stay until you're stuck. on another episode of why not to do business with SRC , after breaching sale by refusing to update their error to Ethos but reflecting a premium warranty on Bill of Sale, forcing us to purchase a $1200 inspection which Jaime Ortega SM said was clear of transmission and AC items we learned after returning car for Ford inspection there was a $6200 transmission issue, AC and other items. The team also lied about gap coverage as well took 6 weeks to communicate. Now after we took multiple days off, was sold by consumer fraud in the state of Ga and breached Andy Ham the GM who has yet to call wants to refund in useless inspection ( in good faith) and resolve their internal error. they are refusing to compensate any further. we have since filed a complaint with the BBB, certified letters with 6 executive leaders as well sending information to the Ga Dept attorney general consumer fraud for investigation. I post this in hopes that it might light a fire under someone's ass that for 3 weeks I've been unable to light my service advisor is Michael. Michael started out as a great service advisor. I have an 82 year old home owner in one of the communities that I manage and maintain who called out for help over 3 weeks ago. I went over to her house to jump her car upon arrival, I noticed her car had good power and confirmed this with a meter. turns out, her 10 year old Chevy spark with 13,000 original mikes had a bad computer. I made the decision to have her car Towed to a dealership over trying to middle man the service she needed at a traditional, non dealership shop. I called up there and talked to Michael before scheduling a next day service appointment to explain the situation and gave my contact information and the owner of the cars information but instructed michael to call me for approvals and to explain anything going on so that I could keep him from feeling the wrath of an 82 year old woman who "needs" to get to the library and pickup groceries and get to doctors appointments. it has been in the shop now 3 weeks. the timeline of it being in the shop isnt the issue though. at first we were waiting on a computer to come in which was there within the first 4 days. I called and spoke to Michael around that time and he confirmed that the computer had gotten in but hadn't been installed yet. fast forward another week or so and a million phone calls to me from the actual car owner wondering what in the hell is the issue with her car as there had been no communication. I called up again and this is where the frustration started. I was told that they attempted to call the owner of the car to gain approval to diagnose a no start condition that appeared only after they installed and programmed the computer. they never got the approval because the 82 year old never answered the phone. so it sat in a shop for another 4 days getting nothing done. this past Friday I finally called and after 20 mins on hold and being bumped back and forth to person after person or call menu after call menu, I finally was able to get in touch with the service manager who informed me that they were waiting on approval. I gave them the approval. that was last Friday. since last friday, i have personally called well over 10 times and get bounced around to random people and most of the time having to press the option for parts just to get a human on the phone, I still can't get an answer from my service advisor, even after leaving messages with various managers and operators. I've been a mechanic and in or around the dealership and car industry for the better half of 10 years, even managing a shop for a number of years for a local dealership and never in my entire life have experienced such shit service from a dealership. worst part about it is that it's not even my car. I offered to help simply because my homeowner didn't even know where to begin to get her car repaired. I've called now twice this morning with no answer. i will be driving there today in person to get an answer and most likely pull the car out of their service department. read more

Worst experience ever at this place. They diagnosed an issue back in August for a sunroof leak. Said it was an antenna problem. Paid $1000 to get that repaired. Three months later the leak happened again and took it back in thinking it would be covered but they said it is a drain issue and it will be $1300 to fix. Long story short, I have to get it fixed and this is the closest dealer to me. Car is there now and they said it would be ready yesterday. Keith (service advisor) never answers when I call. Just moved to the area and didn't have many Chevrolet Dealer Service choices. I read reviews everywhere and took the chance anyway. Sure enough my 9am appointment is delayed for 30 mins only for them to tell me we can't get you in today... you'll need to make an appointment on a less busy day, unless I could leave my vehicle for the day. I said "if you have courtesy/loaner cars, sure." They didn't. I asked for other dealer recommendations as they kept saying they were short staffed. I said completely understand no worries... but no other dealers nearby. I took a chance to call Capital Cadillac across the street to see if they could help since it's a FGM vehicle. They said sure, come by and we'll take a look. They're fixing what they called a "simple cave replacement" now. No joke, as I'm waiting--Rayman's appointment scheduled called to say "we have an appointment for you at 9am are you unable to make it?" I politely explained I was told they couldn't help me. I've never experienced a Chevy or GM Dealership or service department in such bad shape. I hope they get it fixed or understand if they can't handle it... they should ask to someone that can. Kudos for Sales and Service departments. Bought a new truck. Keisha, my sales person was patient and helpful. Found a truck and drove it for a day and realized it didn't have a feature I needed. I brought the truck back thinking I was just missing the right steps and between Service and Sales we figured the truck didn't have what I needed. We did some searching and found a different truck with the feature. They immediately let me trade out vehicles ( of course I paid the slight up-charge ). There is no urgency with them whatsoever. So far, we are not impressed the saga continues. They are not returning our calls. DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place has no respect for their customers time or money. Shady sales people in used cars. I purchased a car in August of last year and after I had my own financing and was done with the process, I waited three hours for my car to be ready. At the time I was only provided with one key fob. The sales manager told me they couldn't give me another key, but they could give it to me at cost and to let my sales person know when I would bring the car back for this. I called and texted no less than five times with no response. Included with my purchase was two oil change/service visit. Today I took the car in for service regular maintenance. I also was there to get a key fob and have it programmed. When I arrived, there is a sign on the door of the service bay that says pull up the door will automatically open. I drive up in the lane that has a green arrow and wait. Not one person saw me do this and instructed me to go somewhere else. Finally One did just pointed to another lane. So I proceed to do that. Get out of my car and I am not greeted by anyone. One person tells me I can talk to one of the two service advisors that see me come in and they are in their office. After visiting each one that said I'll be right with you, not bothering to look up from their computers, I walked back outside to the service lane. After standing in the cold for 3 to 5 minutes, another service advisor walks up and is able to help me. I was told the oil change would take about an hour and a half and the key fob programming another hour or so. My appointment was 1230. I left at 6 PM. When I go to check out, the oil change was on my bill and the service advisor had to take it off after I brought it to her attention. There was also a shop fee for supplies included with the bill that she did not take off because that's charged on every bill. Tell me how programming a key fob after you pay for the parts, requires a shop fee when if I had just came in for an oil change, it would've been included in that service. I have one more free maintenance service however I will never step foot in this place again! It is not worth the money saved for the hassle of dealing with these uncaring and sketchy people. read more

HAVE a protocol set in place, acknowledge your customers don't overbook, and exhibit common customer service!!! I had my appointment with Michael and he didn't even deal with me directly which makes NO sense, but yet calls and says I'm due for an alignment. It is now 1:36pm, and they close at 2pm!!! I finally spoke with Michael and he says there're not done, what???? Since when does it take 5 hours to service a VEHICLE??? I ask if he can check it out and see how long it would take, and after promising my car will be ready today he comes back from checking with the mechanic and says it won't be ready until Monday!!!! MONDAY?!!!!! Why tell me I need an alignment of you can't fit me in to do it today?? You could've said mayum, "you are in need of an alignment, but we can't fit you in today, when would you be able to come in and get that taken care of?" SIMPLE COMMUNICATION GUYS!!! This dealership service department customer service is straight trash!!! Thank Goodness they just hired Kimberly, maybe staff can learn a thing or 2 from her, she exhibits superb customer service! Very disappointed, absolutely by far the worst location I have used. I called and made an appointment for service. I showed up 30 mins prior to appointment. I pulled into line that nerv moved nor anyone came to me. I got out of vehicle an asked for help or what I should do. The associate told me someone would be with me. I went back to car and waiting 20 mins with no one coming or no movement in line. I got back out found a service advisor mark Martinez he told me he would take me. I went back to car waited 20 more mins before he came and got me. All the other advisors were walking around chatting not paying attention to anyone. I got my vehicle checked in and they said they would call me this was a Thur. Friday goes my then sat sun then Monday I call and leave message asking any info on car. I waiting but no one called me. I called tue left message no one called me. I then called on wed and spoke to dee to give message to mark but. I reply. I called back on Friday told Dee the situation and she said the advisors are busy they will call but I said they never do we are at a week no call back. I waiting for call then called back again and left message. So now in week 3 mark calls to tell me the parts are ordered they just came in that they need two days to fix. I wait for the repair three more days go past and finally mark calls that the car was done. I go to pick up same situation no one is willing to help me get car they keep telling me I need to find mark. Finally found everyone all together in office talking. This location is the worst dealer I have ever been to and I buy all my cars from Chevy. read more

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! we currently have a fleet of 6 vehicles that are used for emergency service. ( mind you that we bought all 6 vehicles from this dealership) we had them scheduled to go in for repairs, keep in mind that they are all less than one year old. They all have mechanical issues to electrical issues, ranging from parts on the car to doors that do not open. In other words, these vehicles are junk!! This is not the worst part yet, the worst part is that we called 3 months ago for service. We had planned on going out of town for company training when we arrived at the dealership to drop the vehicles off they advised us that we had to take them to another dealership all the way across town because they did not have the capability to service the vehicles, which in return caused us to miss our flight! I asked them if we could leave the vehicles there to be serviced, they told us no!!! Once we arrived at the other dealership, the one that they had sent us to, they told us that they would not be able to touch the vehicles until we returned from training, which totally defeats the purpose of me calling and scheduling 3 months in advance to service our vehicles while they were down; not to mention the run around they gave us! This dealership gives Chevy a bad name! They are quick to sell to you until something goes wrong with your vehicle and then they point you to a bunch of dead ends! Keisha is such a great sales associate and very patient. she stayed after hours to make sure everything went through with the purchase. And Charlie Martinez in finance is the best. He is very informative and kind and even though he has only been with the company a week you can tell he cares about not just his job, but the business of the company. Very glad to have been able to have these two assist me and hopefully the same great customer service they gave will be given in the other departments. read more

The staff in the service department are rude. No one ever answers the telephone. Zero customer service. When my car was done being serviced I was one of the first people in line to retrieve my vehicle. The servicewomen told me that people behind me have appointments and I have to wait to get checked until she fully checks people with appointments. I didn't know I had to schedule an appointment to get my car back. I wasn't told that. The line kept getting longer and longer and I finally got fed up and asked to speak to a manager. She didn't get the manager but rudely mentioned that I need to have patience. She was so rude. I will not continue to do business with this company in the future. read more

I went to Steve Rayman and traded my car in on July 13, 2022, it's August 8, 2022 and they haven't paid off my car yet. Now, I have to pay 2 car notes or my credit will be hit with a late payment for a car I traded in almost a month ago and the new car I bought. I absolutely hate salesman!!!!. They sit perched on the building waiting like vultures on their next prey. I don't do dealerships....I hate them with a passion. I usually do small, trusted lots. The type of car I was searching for lead me to Steve Raymond. Having taken a new job in Macon, I had no choice but to buy a more fuel efficient vehicle. That lead me to look at the Chevy Volt and they had one that was a lease return, one owner, certified, and low miles so I prayed, and then took the drive. I arrived on Friday evening at 7:45......they closed at 8. We all know that the worst time for good customer service is Friday at 5...so to speak, but Greg Quarterman was there...meet me and greeted me, I pushed away, but he was persistent in a soft, professional way, no pressure, which is why I actually took a test drive with him, which I waaaayyyyy out of my element. Went good and We exchange numbers and cards and off I went. Came back Saturday and wrapped it up. GOT THE PRICE I WANTED!!! Left in good spirits...I was truly shocked. The female finance manager is a bitch...very none personal, sly rude and not people friendly, she looks like a walking Skelton...so you will definitely pick her out....but I made it through. Had to travel with work the following week, I covered my end with the bank and got the Check miled out to them and they were understanding. Came in that Friday after I returned and took delivery!!!. Only thing was that I had to wait for the OnStar consultant for over 30 mins due to the sales manager dropping the ball, which is the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars, BUT once I pulled Greg to the side...who was working with another customer, mentioned it to him and she was available and ready for me in less than 2 mins. Greg took the time to call her on his cell and tell her I was on my way. I placed Greg's card here. Decent experience with a "Big Box" Dealership.
