Absolutely helpful while I was their. We were there almost 6 hours and they bought lunch. I had a feeling of too good to be true... well as I wrote a check they had me sign a paper stating they would not cash until I called to say it was ok. Well they did not wait for my call and cashed my check before I was able to make sure enough money was in my account. When I first called and spoke with a salesman he agreed with me and said I had every right to be upset. Then when they had their meetings and finally called me back after several phone calls, they said they were not going to fix it. Both salesman changed their stories and made themselves look good rather than admitting they messed up. So not happy with them. I will never buy another vehicle from them and would never advise anyone else to either. I was supposed to get a return call back from the manager yesterday and never received a call. Worst experience ever and so much for trying to enjoy my new vehicle. After all of this I wish I would have never went to look at a vehicle. Too good to be true really is this place...... read more

A couple years ago I bought a Ford Explorer Sport from Steve Rogers Ford. I don't live near this dealer but I wanted a certain car and I had to spread my search out. Spending the type of money I did on this top of the line Explorer I was expecting a great vehicle. I got that and much more. The car was great and my salesman was a great bonus. He knew so much about my vehicle showing me everything about it when I got it. I never bought a new vehicle before so I did asked some friends after I made my purchase about their recent purchases and found out how much extra effort he put in. Now I only deal with Steve Rogers and their salesman Dennis Osworth. I truly felt he had my best interest at heart. This Saturday I went back and bought a 2016 F-150. Great dealership. Great people. I have bought 7 cars from Steve Rogers Ford over the years and have not had one bad experience. I have bought 3 used cars and 4 new ones. I have a Ford supplier discount so I cant speak to price competitiveness of new cars, but all my used cars have been very competitively priced. Also all the used cars I have bought have been very clean and in good working order. No lemons. I live a ways from the dealership, but they will come and pick up my car and leave me a loaner when I need service. I experienced an issue with my Ford Edge and had it towed to the lot. It was after hours when it was dropped off, however 1st thing in the morning I was contacted by my salesman (Dennis) and the maintenance department. It needed a part that would not be in for a couple of days and Dennis offered a loaner car until mine was done. He also offered to have it dropped off to me or I could pick it up. He also made sure that the gas tank had been topped off. They contacted me again to let me know everything was done and I was now able to pick it up. Dennis Osworth and the customer service staff went above and beyond when it came to fixing the rust on my 2016 Ford f250 pickup. They worked with the Great lakes to assure that I was taken care of as well as arranging for a loaner truck on two separate occasions, even going as far as delivering and picking up the trucks saving me time. Permitted me to test drive a vehicle almost identical to what I wanted then let the information soak in so that I could decide to purchase when I was ready. From my initial conversation with the phone operator through the service and sales department-everyone is very courteous. I just found out they have later hours-I am taking my car in for an oil change and a recall notice on Monday and I can bring it in at 5pm and be done by 6:30. We will even take our Honda in for service to our Ford dealer. I also like the fact that they will transport me home If I need it.
