I stopped in at 4pm on Thursday afternoon & I was immediately greeted & helped by a nice employee. He quickly ascertained that he could buy one wetsuit & the weights, but the other wetsuit was a little too vintage for him to buy. I opted to donate it with him. After a quick check of my ID & a confirmation that I wanted cash, the process was complete & I walked out with cash in hand in less than 15 minutes. When I first moved to PB ten years ago, we bought beach cruisers here, as they have an interesting and varied selection of bikes that are well-priced. They also have tons of other new & used sporting equipment including baseball, softball, golf, water sports, pickleball, tennis, golf & more! This a a great store for both your pocket & the planet! This store is the outlet edition of their other stores so when we walked in, we saw tons of signs on the racks saying there are sales. Many were worth looking into. I wanted to get a wetstuit for the first time and was guided by the friendly and chill staff on what the differences were between a 4/3 (4mm torso/3mm limbs, better mobility for cool water) and a 5/3 (more core warmth for colder water, slightly stiffer) wetsuit. The prices here are definitely on the pricier side ($200-500), but I was able to get a good 5/3 wetsuit deal for about 120$. I'm excited to try it out. Fittings rooms are reasonable size. I felt like a seal when I was able to fully try one on. Lots of great selections to look at!!! My girlfriend wanted to get a bikini on the sale, but lots of the tops and bottoms were missing each other counterparts.

He did it all for free, and he even sold me some soft board wax that I never knew about. I've witnessed multiple…read moretimes where the people in this business spewed horrible attitudes and disrespect to certain customers who come in and don't fit into the stereotypical look of a skater, and because of this, they are ignored and not helped at all. They also like to take advantage of customers who are new to skateboarding and otherwise wouldn't know the actual prices of things, so they overcharge them. I've come into this shop multiple times with my children and nephews and have witnessed multiple times people of other races or those who don't fit the stereotypical look of a 'skater' who are treated completely different to my children and myself, in that they are completely ignored, not helped at all, or given a horrible attitude and judge mental looks towards. This is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I will not be coming into this business any longer and will not be recommending it to anyone, and neither will my husband who works in the skateboarding industry. Avoid this place and don't support this business. They have no respect for anyone and have no business running a lemonade stand, let alone a skateboarding shop.
