The best dentist I've ever had. I have been a patient for over a decade and Dr. B and the staff are thoughtful, professional, and highly skilled. He has filed cavities, done a couple of crowns and he is meticulous and wants everything perfect, which is what you want with a dentist. He is busy but never too busy to give your teeth the attention they deserve. You're in great hands with Dr. B and the staff. I would also add that the office is easy to get to being right off the freeway on Carlsbad Village, has lots of parking which are wide enough that your car doesn't get dinged, and his office and waiting room are wonderfully peaceful, with lots of magazines. read more

I've been a loyal patient of Dr B for over 20 years until he recently posted a comment on my social media page. His post was a direct attack against me and my political beliefs. It contained profanity and an accusation that because of my opinion, I was not an American citizen. Despite enjoying the many years of a five star practice. From the friendliness of the staff answering the phones and greeting you at the door when you walk in, to the hygienists all the way to the man himself- it's a great dental experience which are two words you probably wouldn't expect to hear together! Love this place! Wish more than anything they were covered under my. Urgent insurance. Went there for years when I was on my parents insurance but can't go now! Had some lovely dental work done by this team and have had no problems or complications since! Used care credit to pay for it all and paid no interest and it ended up being totally affordable! Have been going here for years and always have had a good experience. My daughter now goes as well. She also has never had a problem. So they obviously are equipped to handle adults and children. Dr.B is professional,yet has his joking side as well. Nice to know your Dr. can have a sense of humor and still mix it with getting down to business. The office staff are very friendly and good at their job. (also doesnt hurt that they are all beautiful) Re-scheduling appointments and emergency's have never been a problem as long as i have been coming here. My son had some extractions done at Dr. Beuligmann's office today. Prior to the appointment my son was nervous. Upon arriving, he was warmly welcomed by the front office staff which immediately put him at ease. Dr. Beuligmann and the back office staff are highly qualified. Thank goodness I changed dentists to Dr. B.! He showed me some things with my teeth that could actually save many hours of future visits to the dentist. His staff was exceptional, and he spent time with me going over my exam in great detail. My prior dentist didn't even see me when I was there for my normal cleaning. I recently moved to the Carlsbad area and I was in serious need for a really good dentist. I'm certain I found not only the best dentist in Carlsbad but also the best staff. The office is state of the art with visual aids that help you relax during your procedure. Both, the receptionists and dental hygienists were incredibly attentive and educational. I can't say enough about their professional services. Dr. Beuligmann's staff took care of me all in one visit----full check-up and cleaning. Dr Beuligmann is my very favorite dentist and I have been to many! His office is comfortable with a beautiful Hawaiian theme and a very friendly staff. Fantastic experience - I had a cap fall off a tooth, and the friendly staff person scheduled me promptly for the next day. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and paid a very reasonable fee. As always, service was wonderful. Needed a filling replaced before getting radiation treatments for a ear and neck cancer. Dr. B explained what I was up against to protect my teeth during and after radiation. He taught me a great deal as to what I was up against and what protection to take. This was explained in a unhurried easy to understand manner which I greatly appreciated. I have used this office for dental work for years and always a great experience. I'm an old lady. I've been to dentists my whole life and now for the first time I've found one that I trust and feel comfortable with. I lost my insurance after retiring and floundered around for years without a dentist but after seeing all the Yelp 5 star reviews of Dr. Beuligmann and his staff I took the leap. I am SO VERY GLAD I DID!!!! Everyone in the office is genuinely calm, gentle and kind. Dr. B as he is referred to, explains all that he is doing and is always aware of the patients pain level and you can sense and feel that he and his staff really know what they are doing and are very concerned for the patients comfort. One thing that I really appreciate is that Dr. B didn't push the fact that I have a back molar without a tooth in it and is a prime candidate for an expensive implant that my past dentist wanted desperately to put in and charge me a huge amount of money for. Dr. B explained what an implant would entail but said for my situation it wasn't at all necessary. Also other teeth that have ancient crowns that are a bit wonky now, we are going to watch them, and, in time replace them but it wasn't something he insisted I do in the next 5 minutes. So....I am beyond excited and thrilled with Dr. B and his kind and capable staff!!! The extra bonus is the office is eye candy, really decorated fantastically in a relaxed and professionally executed Hawaiian style. Your search is over, this dentist has it all!!!!!!!! read more

I was recommended to go to Dr.Beuligmann from a girlfriend who used to be in the dental world. I was new to the area and needed to find a new dentist. It was such an amazing experience. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. This was the first time I have ever been to a dentist hygienist who has not made my gums bleed profusely and hurt for days. Love the gentle approach they take! It really makes a difference. I had two stains on my teeth which I assumed were from braces 15 years ago, but after Dr.B took a look he said they were actually flat cavities that my braces had left. I came back a week later and now have the smoothest and pretties front teeth. He was gentle and reassuring throughout the entire process. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend you go to this dental practice. They are wonderful. The TVs on the ceiling and in front of you while getting work done help relieve stress and anxiety too.
