Now we bring notes on our Iphones to ensure we get all of them in. (Funny considering the commercial most of us have seen where patients and doctors sing how you should ask your docs questions because they don't know how to read your mind). Anywho, Dr. Thompson was very nice, patient, and professional. She answered our questions thoroughly in a way that made you feel you were talking to a good friend about serious questions. She seemed a little rushed, but never put that on us. Being a manager in retail, it is always hard to provide good customer service and the things you have to get done in a day. We are in the process of trying to have a child, and if we do in the next couple months we will be coming back to her. Unfortunately, we are moving in 5 months. Best of luck to those looking for a good doc.

I was lucky enough to work with her during my first pregnancy of my daughter. I can't express how absolutely WONDERFUL Dr. Perry is. Pregnancy can be scary and overwhelming--and leaving you full of questions! Every visit with Dr. Perry she took her time, answered my questions and left me feeling so comfortable and aware of what was going on with my body and baby each step of the way. Dr. Perry's bedside manner is always warm and welcoming... she truly cares for each and every one of her patients during and after pregnancy! I will FOREVER consider myself and my daughter so extremely lucky to get to work with Dr. Perry. Pregnancy is an absolute gift.. and Dr. Perry was a HUGE piece of that gift to us! GO see her!

I met him while inpatient during an emergency and while I was absolutely miserable, I loved his bedside manner, personality and education and fully trusted him and his decisions without hesitation. I say I wish I met him sooner because he seemed to have a lot more willingness to research my medical history that could have saved me having the emergency requiring his care. As another said, you feel like he is actually listening and invested in you as a patient, a very very desirable quality for a doctor to have. He literally saved my life. After that inpatient experience, he let me stay with him for future reproductive healthcare, and I was able to leave my previous doctor who I had never been satisfied with. Every year I have my annual check up due to being high risk for cancer, and every interaction is like seeing an old friend, he is always friendly, genuine and often funny too. I still trust him, and am completely comfortable with him given the type of exam. His office is slow (like it can take an hour to be seen after your appointment time) and large, and can feel like a bit like a cog in a machine here, but its worth it to see him as my doctor. I have also seen on Facebook that when women ask for recommendations he is highly regarded there as well. I am not sure if he is taking new patients or not, but if so and you're in need of a doctor you like for a very vulnerable part of your healthcare, I highly suggest Dr. Garol.

My official due date was March 24th it was surreal I could hardly believe it was happening... I was able to rest a bit and take it easy till around 3:30 pm when my contractions started. They came on fast and furious but I was able to manage the pain with my AMAZING HUSBAND BY MY SIDE!!! my mom and best friend also helped me through each contraction as they kept getting closer together and lasting longer each time... I can not explain how my body was in full control and I was just along for the ride... at around 9 pm our midwife arrived at that point I had just started to feel the pressure to push. She will take her time answering questions and she is highly knowledgeable! Its nice to have a nurse like Jenna that way you can get questions answered without having to bother Dr. Hald. I live in Sacramento, CA, so I already knew I'd be paying out of pocket. My first appointment was charged to my card the day before, which was completely fine. However, I kept receiving bills saying I still owed money. When I called, I was told not to worry because those charges would "fall off" my account since I was a self-pay patient. Well, they never did, and I continued receiving bills showing an outstanding balance. At my first appointment, the doctor was running late and told me I needed to repeat my bloodwork, even though I had just had it done about two months earlier. That was frustrating, but I agreed. She told me the lab orders would be sent to Labcorp. Because the bloodwork had to be done while I was on my period, I had to wait an entire month before I could schedule the appointment. When I finally arrived at Labcorp during the required time, they told me they had never received the lab orders from the office. I immediately called the office, and Mackenzie at the front desk answered. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. Instead of trying to solve the problem, she simply said she couldn't send the orders herself and would have to ask the medical assistant. While I was waiting, Labcorp called the office directly. I then overheard Mackenzie tell them that she had instructed me to "come another day" because she didn't know if the orders could be sent that day. That was completely false. She never told me to come back another day. Had she actually communicated that to me, I would have explained that I couldn't simply come back because my doctor specifically instructed me that the bloodwork had to be done while I was on my period. Her lack of communication, poor attitude, and terrible customer service turned an already frustrating situation into an unnecessarily stressful one. Front desk staff are often the first impression of a medical practice, and unfortunately Mackenzie's attitude reflected very poorly on the office. Between the ongoing billing issues, disorganization, poor communication, and the unprofessional customer service I received, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had with a medical office. I really wanted this practice to work out because of all the positive reviews, but my experience has been the complete opposite. Because of everything that's happened, I will not be returning to this office and will be looking for a new provider. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

Erin is the sweetest! I've never gone to a male gyno before, and I was definitely a bit apprehensive. Dr Dennis is extremely professional with a great bedside manner. He never makes you feel rushed, and is always happy to answer your questions in as much detail as possible which I really appreciated as a first time mom. When it came time for my son's delivery, his heart rate dropped and it was an emergency to get him out. Apparently the hospital's current OB on rotation was on another case so they paged Dr Dennis. He got there, scrubbed in, and was starting the C section in 8 minutes--just after midnight too. He saved my sons life and even in an emergency situation I have the straightest most precise incision I've ever seen. Would recommend this office to anyone!
