So I went down there after work, They closed early at 2pm because Xmas party! NO PHONE CALL to let me know they are closed early. I can't believe it!!! I went to many of my…read moreWife's office appointments while she was pregnant and was there with my wife through labor and delivery. Overall, Dr. Hayes is a very competent physician. What really sets her apart is how much she cares about her patients. Dr. Hayes was always willing to spend time answering our questions and brainstorming the pros/cons of any decision we needed to make throughout the pregnancy, labor and delivery process. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in her field and was able to break things down in a way my wife and I could understand. We also had direct access throughout the process to Dr. Hayes assistant, Kimber. Kimber was always available to answer questions via email or phone that came up between office visits. Our interactions during the office visits allowed me to develop a level of trust and confidence in Dr. Hayes. During labor and deliver, I felt a level of calm knowing that Dr. Hayes was there to take care of my wife. To top off this wonderful experience, Dr. Hayes stopped by the hospital a few days after delivery to check on my wife and our new baby. Our new baby required a few extra days in the hospital. When Dr. Hayes learned we were still in the hospital, she stopped by on her day off just to make sure we were doing ok. That is just the type of person she is and demonstrates how much she cares about her patients. The only downside to Dr. Hayes is wait times can be long. Because she takes whatever time is necessary with each patient, there are usually long delays in the waiting room at regularly scheduled appointments. Overall, we hold Dr. Hayes in the highest regard and feel very fortunate to have her be my wife's OB.

No one answered so I left a voice message. No one ever called back that afternoon even though they're supposedly open until 7 or 8pm. Waited the whole next day in case my message was maybe just too late in the day. Not even a check in to see if I was still experiencing symptoms or to see if I'm ok. I work at a doctors office myself and that would NEVER be allowed to happen. Proud that I work for a facility that cares about their patients well being.
