I feel this center has a lack of accountability, low standards, and ineffective leadership to employee this doctor, and or have not been able to get this doctor to improve performance. After my visit which went absolutely no where in helping me with my worries and problem, my "addressed" issues was not at all taken care of. (My finished paperwork stated that issue was addressed.) After this appointment I went and looked up the doctor, I was not surprised what I found and read on reviews. It was horrific and really sad on what people has experience with this said doctor. I am dumbfounded as to why this center has still not corrected/helped this doctor to be more caring, less aggressive, loud, arrogant, and just lacks gentle health care for individual patients. She spent enough time to make sure I understood exactly what was happening with my condition. She is a surgeon by training and normally surgeons want to do surgery. She supported lowest level of care possible. Her office staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this group and Dr. Beal in particular.

I felt skeptical getting a review for a medical doctor off of yelp but I still called. I went to my appointment and the front desk ladies seemed nice (I didn't have a problem with them) The nurse called me back and started my exam and she was very informative and was very nice and made things seem more comfortable. She made me feel more at ease and comfortable when I explained my previous concerns and how I was treated at another office in Reno. Dr Koch came in and was also very informative and didn't rush the appointment and made me feel like she had the best interest in me. Finding a doctor who is caring, gentle and seems like they have the best interest in you is hard but I truly didn't feel bad about myself when I left their office like I did with a previous gyne. I would recommend her for sure!

No one answered so I left a voice message. No one ever called back that afternoon even though they're supposedly open until 7 or 8pm. Waited the whole next day in case my message was maybe just too late in the day. Not even a check in to see if I was still experiencing symptoms or to see if I'm ok. I work at a doctors office myself and that would NEVER be allowed to happen. Proud that I work for a facility that cares about their patients well being.

I am chronically ill and have several diagnoses that cause me severe pain everywhere but he only wanted to concentrate on my back. I've quickly learned that Nevada has the worst Healthcare system. Then when I told him everything hes suggested I have tried and it is documented in my chart and it didn't work or made things worse. He also wanted to give me medications that I can not take because I have children to take care of and I don't have the option to lay in bed all day. So a summary of this place.....they do not listen, you will have no say so in your care plan, and ultimately they just want to put devices in you or injections so they get that money. What a horrible clinic, I will NOT be back. I just wanted my quailty of life back. Also I am a woman and we all know they don't treat us the best in the healthcare system.
