They are very good about spreading out all the work I need done, which will be a lot. We are taking it one procedure at a time. Dr. Garrett was very nice and professional. He and staff explained everything every step of the way. He had no problem with my husband being in the room for support (unlike the previous dentist which was very creepy) I had two teeth removed and I can happily say the almost immediate relief I felt was amazing. The staff was very caring about my level of pain and made sure I was properly numb for the removal and informed for the recovery. The front desk staff is always very friendly. While Dr. Garrett may be young he is much more competent then many other older dentists I have seen. 5 stars happily given!

I have seen Dr. Mike for my exams and once had him replace a crown that popped off. He is awesome- thorough, kind, and really explains things well. They are currently in some temporary digs near Ridgmar Mall as they build their new office near the new Willow Park North area. I highly recommend them as I feel you will not be disappointed. My husband has also seen them twice and has been happy. My 17 year old daughter has an upsizing appt as she is tired of going to the pedi dentist. Will update on that. All were broken, cracked or roots below the gum line. Was awake for the entire time, without NOS, and for me that's a giant leap in itself! This is a level of incompetency that is unacceptable. Thankfully, the folks at CVS were good at their jobs. 3. Finally, they have tried 3x to fix my top denture. They failed and I decided I needed to go find a better dentist. I asked them for a refund because myself and my insurance company should not be charged for something that I did not receive. The lady was rude and said she was not going to give me a refund and challenged me to file a claim with my insurance company. What type of business manager CHALLENGES you to make a claim? That should be the last thing they want you to do. 4. They have an in-house tech for dentures. He is terrible. Do not go here for dentures. And his assistants are even worst. They are rude and overall incompetent. There are plenty of dental offices in Fort Worth. Don't choose this one.

I'm from New Orleans and I moved to the DFW area in 2015. My teeth had plague that I could brush off and there were some sensitive spots. So I knew I needed to go to a dentist but I was concerned about the sensitive spots. But my concerns were lifted. The staff took me step by step through the procedures, cost, and recommendations. Most importantly, they noted my sensitive areas and cleaned them without much pain. I didn't know the sensitive areas were cleaned until I got home and stared at the mirror for about a hour. I can't say the same for everyone. But they definitely took care of me. I recommend them to others and can't wait to go back later this month.

This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. It is a really crappy and fake response that reflects their lack of empathy.
