He and staff explained everything every step of the way. He had no problem with my husband being in the room for support (unlike the previous dentist which was very creepy) I had two teeth removed and I can happily say the almost immediate relief I felt was amazing. The staff was very caring about my level of pain and made sure I was properly numb for the removal and informed for the recovery. The front desk staff is always very friendly. They are currently in some temporary digs near Ridgmar Mall as they build their new office near the new Willow Park North area. I highly recommend them as I feel you will not be disappointed. This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. I had a zero balance with Dr. Patel. They had gone back, changed the prices of completed work and tried to collect nearly $2,000 from me. They continued to send me bills for work that was complete and that I had paid my portion for. My insurance covered teeth cleaning and x-rays 100%. They started sending me a bill for my husband and my teeth cleaning in excess of $150 and so on and so on. I'm going to write a letter to the State Board in Austin and let them know of these unethical business practices. I owe them nothing! They are horrible. Dont go there. If I could have left NO STARS I would have.
