Then we get a certified letter from the doctors at EBN today warning us they will not provide any care or service after April 30, 2026. What care ? What service ? All you did was say 'there is nothing I can do '. But you kept dragging us down to San Ramon to collect your copays and your paycheck from our visits . I sent a email cursing you out. So you threaten me with cutting him off? That's a blessing , not a curse you worthless pos! ! Avoid them at all costs ! The worst part! I thought she was an actual provider. When my husband required a backyard ADU with handicap access , we couldn't get the loan without 2 provider letters stating he was unable to manage his legal, financial and medical affairs . She doesn't have any legal authority to write letters ! None! We wasted 3 yrs with this inadequate provider with no licensure to issue statements of fact on my husbands medical condition! Complete and utter irresponsibility and misrepresented her authority from the beginning. We thought she had licensure. Avoid them at all costs

When I realized I had missed the appointment, I called immediately to apologize and try to reschedule. To my surprise, I was met with a $75 no-show fee. I calmly explained that I hadn't been reminded of the appointment, and the response I got? They hung up on me. I'm honestly shocked by how unprofessionally this was handled. Mistakes happen--but the lack of communication and courtesy here is disappointing. I expected better.

When it was still DVNMG, I was referred to an amazing MD, Dr. Brad Volpi, who was compassionate, kind, and responsive -- a seasoned MD. Thanks to Dr. Volpi's recommended vitamin supplements, rather than medication, I finally found relief from my daily migraines! Who knew that allopathic medical professionals also advocate for naturopathic remedies?! Since Dr. Volpi's retirement in 2018, I had to select a new MD for a follow up, so I chose Dr. Robert Algar. Dr. Algar is knowledgable, respectful, and thorough. It's impressive how he immediately dictates his notes into a microphone during the appointment, so that he does not miss any information. The staff are professional, polite, and efficient. They are always great on the phone, during check in, and at check out. I have never felt like I'm just another patient to staff; the treatment has been respectful and personalized. I appreciate that there is a separate door at reception to go into appointments, and a separate door to depart after your appointment, which leads you straight to the elevators. The billing department has also been helpful and quick to resolve billing needs. The building has a large private parking lot with over 200 spaces, including multiple disabled parking spots near the building's front doors. Another plus is a drop off area directly at the front doors for patients who are in wheelchairs or who need to be dropped off by a special service.

If you get him when he is on duty when you go into the ER for a back problem, good luck. Aside from that, I would recommend finding a specialist who makes the time to manage your case.

The office had to cancel the one for my husband and me, and that's where the problems started. Apparently, their scheduling system will only let them schedule appointments in predetermined pairs. They gave us dates that would work, but since they were in separate pairs, we couldn't schedule them. After a few of these options wouldn't work due to other appointments we already had scheduled, my husband was put on hold. He hung up when it seemed obvious they weren't going to get back to them. The receptionist was never able to explain why these appointments had to be in these predetermined pairs. My husband was told the appointments needed to be a minimum of 10 days apart, but since no appointments offered were, including the initial ones we were given, met that criteria, I can't see how that's the case.
