Jose and his team are amazing! We are so happy with the concrete and drainage work they did at our house. Our project began when we noticed some foundation settling caused by poor drainage around the perimeter of our house. We were told by a structural engineer that a 5 foot concrete skirt around the house would alleviate the issue, along with diversion of the water from downspouts. We figured we'd replace our old, cracked, unreinforced patio at the same time. This was a fairly large project by residential standards - nearly 2000 square feet, with plenty of demo work. After getting a few quotes, we were sold on Jose because of his professionalism, expert level knowledge, and reasonable price. He even gave us lots of great suggestions that ended up improving the end result. The project took about a week to complete - one day of demo, three days of prep, and one day of pouring, with a couple cleanup days afterwards. The team's years of experience showed every day - they were incredibly efficient and knew how to deal with any issues that arose. They dug a trench from our backyard to the street, and created a drainage system for all of our downspouts - no more worries about pooling whenever it rains! The concrete itself looks great. We've gotten so many compliments from our neighbors, both about the finished product and about the team's work ethic.
