I went to the doctors from Workman's comp. They did one surgery to tighten the muscles and reconstruct some that were torn. After 2 surgeries, and no positive results. I asked for a second opinion. Dr. Ferkel was enthusiastic and explained to me with the skeleton in front to make sure that is working. Last year in March 2024 I had the surgery. I was feeling anxious and unhopeful and just trying to get through the day. It was a constant nightmare. I dreaded going to sleep knowing that in the middle of the night my flare ups would begin and I would get no sleep. Since I have met Dr. Nevo, for the first time in my life I feel hopeful. I've seen doctors in the past since my accident from June of 2024 and not one doctor that I have met has made me feel taken care of. Not only am I feeling better due to the treatment I am receiving but I love that Dr. Nevo is so empathetic and supportive. He's never in a rush to get through the appointment and he addresses all your concerns.The one time I started to not feel well again due to the medication not working and he heard of my pain, he immediately scheduled an appointment over the phone to discuss what was going on. Never in my life has a doctor done that. What I'm experiencing is an up and down hill battle - and of course there are days I may have a little discomfort due to my condition but what I can say is that I can finally sleep - I do feel well rested. After I slipped and fell on my back, I developed severe back pain, hip pain, pain going down the back of my leg toward my knee, and numbness in my toe. The pain became so intense that there were many nights when I simply couldn't sleep or get comfortable. First impressions from our visit is that I like him and what he has to say about my mom's knee & hip. I love the fact that he took x-rays first thing when we arrived and that we were able to do them there and not go to another facility. He read the results immediately and went over the findings. For now, he gave her an injection in her hip to see if that alleviate any of her pain. We go back in six weeks for a follow up. I am very happy that I found Dr. Rajaee. Not only for my mother but for myself if I ever need anything down the road. So far, I'm good right now lol :-) Staff was nice and friendly. Wait time was no issue.
