Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. I would only use them if absolutely forced, which happens to be the reason that I used them in the first place. Not a user-friendly website which happens to be the only way to place school orders. Couldn't find where to order my child's required PE uniform. I know my way around Internet shopping. --I could qualify for pro status. But, I could not find her school anywhere. I spent an entire afternoon trying to find her school and to no avail. Not good. I called Boomer T's to explain that I needed to order a uniform and before I could even get my sentence out, the male who answered, said "You have to do that online." Then he hung up. Yes, Mr Rude, I know it is supposed to be ordered online. Thank you for your stellar helpfulness. I never did figure out where to find her school. I ended up calling back and explaining that I was hung up on and saying how rude the service was. A polite and apologetic female ordered the PE clothing for me, going against normal protocol. Turns out, it's not on the regular website. You have to really dig for it. It's been 10 weeks since I ordered the clothing and still have not received a phone call. My child is still using PE clothes from a previous season. I paid for it already, so it had better be there. But, it is far, far, far from my house. With their complete lack of phone skills, atrocious customer service, and the distance from my house, her PE clothes are still a mystery. Talking to one of the instructors from the school, I was told that the complaints from parents have been endless. Do not recommend. Have used them twice. If you can screenprint or embroider an item immediately, then you may get your product. If you have to order your item, you are in trouble. I attempted for 5 days to order 2 embroidered shirts from Brittney at the store. Multiple phone calls got me no where. I got so many excuses from her as to why the order wasn't completed it was amazing. The delay ruined the gift the shirts were to be. I am a marketing professional and need things on the fly sometimes and I can count on Boomer T's to help out. The only problem I've ever had is with some pricing being too high and contact with the sales team member Brittany being very slow. I have been to this location several times to have names added to my husbands' hockey jerseys. I am able to drop in and wait for them to be done, and they're always very friendly and prompt. The last time, the letters started falling off almost right away, but I called and they had me bring them back in, fixed them and haven't had a problem again with them. The last time I was there, someone else was picking up some adorable custom shirts that made me want to have some made up there. She seemed really happy with the finished product, and I could see why. If I ever have a need, I'll definitely check them out first. read more

Stopped in on a Friday with a special order. Needed permission from the organization to have their logo put on a non-standard item. I was able to secure permission on Saturday via email. Forwarded the email to Brittany after they closed on Saturday. Item was ordered and in their shop on Monday...and was available by 3:00 the same day. Did I mention this was Christmas week?!?! I recently ordered a custom t-shirt for my dad's birthday at Boomer Ts and was extremely happy with the customer service. I called the store on a Friday and talked to Sherri to get more info about what their store was about since I had never ordered a custom shirt before. I asked if I could email a t-shirt idea (to save a trip). So I communicated with Sherri and Jose via email. On Tuesday morning I placed my order and I got a call Thursday evening saying that my order was ready. These guys honestly helped me through each step (since I was new to this). Boomer Ts did the spirit wear for our elementary school. We have used other vendors before with no problems but wanted to move toward a local vendor. This was a huge mistake. Calls and emails to the manager were rarely returned without a follow up. We had so many problems and always excuses given and never any accountability! 7 months later, I think we have everything finally done. I am beyond exhausted with them. They definitely don't make spirit wear easier! I hate to write negative reviews and avoided all the gritty details of, what I believe to be, blatant dishonesty. I,however, did feel obligated to warn others so they don't end up in the same awful situation. Don't be swayed by the five star reviews as some of them are staff of this company! read more

I ordered 20 shirts for my brother's bachelor party. They turned out great! Better than I thought they would. I worked with Brittney and she was very helpful and prompt. She chose the color for the shirt which I think was the best choice for it. This should have been a 5 star, but it was saved from being 2 or 3. The reason being, I had updated my sizes and they gave me my old order for shirt sizes. However, Brittney quickly stepped in to correct the problem. I work retail, l so I don't get home till late. She worked around my schedule to make sure I would have the shirts before I left. I would recommend this place to anyone, but make sure you verify if any changes are made a couple times so that everything is correct. read more

AWFUL they do not verify your order when it's given deliver the product DAYS late then when it is misspelled they only offer to add letters but say "it's going to look funny but it's all we can do" NO you can remake the product that I ordered correctly. Against my better judgement I ordered from this company even though they would not provide sample products for checking size, color, or fabric quality. Not surprisingly, I was unhappy with all of the qualities listed above and inquired about returning the product. I was told that my satisfaction was their number one concern and that I should both keep the original product and pick out another product that would be sent to me for free. Fast forward 4 months and I haven't heard another word about my return or replacement item. Conclusion - they get to keep my $38 and aren't concerned at all about customer satisfaction. I have placed many orders with this store and have been very happy with the quality and the professionalism every time. They have always made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it before they sent it to get printed. Brittney is so helpful and she really knows the business well. Living in Chicago you would think there would be plenty of companies and the process would be smooth. I had such a difficult time finding help. The communication from the other companies wasn't as effective as I would hope and their prices were just too expensive. I created a document with exactly what I needed, provided it to a few places and they still made it difficult. Short on time, Boomer T's took my details and was ready to start my order in no time. Although they are located 1 hour away, it was worth the travel. Boomer T's not only provided an affordable quote but they also finished my order the same day.
