When u are a first time costumer they will set up an account with you so if you should ever need to buy some more paint in the same color you bought 2 years ago they can just pull it up for you and your done. And of course the main reason why we go buy our paint here is because of ther Harmony Line, it's water-based paint and low-odor with zero VOCs!!! Perfect for kids rooms or nurseries. Even during painting you barely smell any odor....I am using this paint for my entire House now. They also constantly have sales, last time I just bough myself an entire case of white and whenever I am ready to paint a room I go mix in the color.

They have hundreds of paint colors to choose from and can color match just about any brand to theirs. The employees were even more helpful than I could have imagined, sitting down with me at their inspiration station to go over every color, sheen and size of paint I needed and reviewing it with me afterwords. They got all the paint cans and carried them back to mix and loaded them in my car without me having to lift a finger. They worked with me and the coupons I had to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible which was a relief not to have to haggle with them to use my coupons. I had a great experience overall.

The sales associate was most helpful without a hint of nagging and was exceptionally courteous when asked for the name of a couple of painters. He pointed out some brochures of creative paint combinations and ideas and directed me to the paint chips. What a delightful little store this is!! I came in today…read morehoping for help with steel or iron type hardware and that's exactly what I got. The owner was attentive and gave me the time to address what my problems were..did I need a curb or a skirt, a rail? A ledge?? As hardware goes, it was a unique opportunity. We selected a ledge and she found the screws and drill bits I needed to set it all in place... I needed #8*1/2 wood screws and I didn't need to go digging around looking for them myself and the 5/32" drill bit only cost 2.80. In fact, when I was walking in, a customer came out with a window pane cut with 5 tulip shaped pieces of glass in an antique window!! That's fuckin' brilliant! I wish I lived closer. I'd shop there every day. They have drinks and snacks and paint and tools!! They're really into helping their customers.
