The worst part was that they showed up, looked at my appliance for ten minutes and told me it would cost $350 for the part, which is more than then entire appliance is worth. I told him I could buy a new one for that price, and he immediately broke into a selling pitch on their new appliances, like he planned it all along. I told him I wouldn't buy one from him and he kept pushing and pressuring me. I felt very uncomfortable. So after 15 minutes, I got charged over $50, for him to tell me absolutely nothing. It was a complete rip off, and I am out that money without any service rendered... make sure you know what you are getting into before having them come on a "service" call

When I explained my issue on the phone initially, he had told me that he would probably not be able to fix the problem. I understood that there is a charge for the visit. Sure enough, when he arrived, he quickly determined that he would not be able to resolve my issue. In hindsight, it would have been very helpful if he would have asked the model number of my fridge on the call to determine for sure if it was something that could not be fixed before we scheduled the visit. To be completely fair, Mike was upfront and transparent about everything from the beginning. I scheduled the visit knowing full well that there was a good chance he was going to tell me that he couldn't fix my issue and that there is a charge for the visit.
