He was sincere, honest, and professional. We had other estimates lined up, but there was no comparison. We not only didn't experience the same professionalism, Montco was thousands less. It should also be mentioned that the fence quality is much better too. Some of the others we had quoted looked flimsy and cheap. MontCo's installers were amazing! They discussed the boundaries with me. They made adjustments to the timeline because my landscaper was also working onsite. My landscaper said he wished he could hire them. They made sure every post was level, were making adjustments to make sure it was right. Then wiped down the fence by hand when they were done--as if that wasnt enough, then they blow dried my grass where it was walked on. They definitely didn't have to do that--but their concern for my property meant a lot. They did an excellent job! So thankful--and will highly recommend. 10/10 recommend

Overall, the installation process went fine,…read morebut I noticed factory defects (deep indents) on three prominent panels visible from the street. I contacted the company two weeks post-installation. They quickly agreed it was a defect and promised to replace the pieces within two weeks.Unfortunately, communication has since stalled. After multiple follow-ups, I was told parts were on order, but weeks have passed with no updates and no response to my latest email. I am posting this to make others aware of the current communication delays. I will gladly update this review and the rating once the three defective pieces are replaced. They finally came out. Replaced the three panels as you can see in the picture. One panel is slightly shaded at different color and the other one has a dent now.

Larry had come out to do measurements. We had some yard clean up to do with overgrown vines and then some. He had mentioned they would look it over again once that was complete and recommended a landscape company they have worked with as well. Spoke with Gary next, both guys were great. Everything was a go and the crew they sent all worked together well and we're all very polite and even when taking my dog out they were respectful and moved aside if they were gathering tools and or materials to ensure not to stress the puppy. Straightforward Fence installed a Certainteed Imperial Select Cedar Select fence. I purchased over…read more350' of fence which cost over 20k.  When they first started the install they installed one of the 4 sides and they installed it wrong. The spacing between the post and the semi private slats were significantly different and it was noticeable installed wromg.  I asked them to stop and the owner came out and agreed the fence wasnt right and they fixed the problem (they blamed it on the fence but they fixed it so no hard feelings).  Then the picks that certainteed sent had very noticeable coloring issues which certainteed replaced so straightforward fence had to take the fence apart to correct the discolored slats/picks (certainteed paid straightforward to correct the issue).  I will say they did correct all the issues that came up (but I did owe them a ton of money still so they kind of had to to get the final payment).  So the install, though rocky, they did a good job.   Now the issue I have is that the fence post caps blew off in a storm in 2018 and my neighbors ran a few over with their lawn mower and others just couldn't be found.  It took no less than 7 or 8 calls and multiple emails before they would return my calls.  I only wanted to purchase the pieces and have them shipped direct to me.  Why would they not want the business? Fast foward, 2019 a I needed a couple replacement pieces again because my son threw a baseball threw one of the slats/picks and again they refuse to return my calls or emails.   I spent over 20k for a fence and you would hope with that kind of investment that you can not only get it installed correctly but some degree of customer service and access to replacement parts when you need it (certainteed doesnt sell direct).  Also if something went wrong with the install and they got their final payment I doubt they would have corrected the issue by their lack of responsiveness.  I never said a bad word about them but honestly, once they get your final payment dont expect them to ever come back or return your calls

Mark and his guys did an awesome job on our fence! We previously used them for our back property…read moreline and now we were replacing an arborvitae hedge that was not looking good anymore. Mark put in a beautiful solid 6' white vinyl fence with a transition to 4' and followed by a split rail to the road. It turned out better than expected and our neighbors are even happier than we are to be able to look at this nice fence instead of an overgrown hedge. I'd recommend Mark and his team to anyone looking for high quality work at a reasonable price.
