According to my daughter hers was excellent and I have to agree the broth was rich and tasty. The Ted Hot was good and just the right amount of spice. We also ordered the karaage and the flavour was good. I bit too much fried for me. Prices are good and the place is clean.

Short Review: The…read morehomely but Japanese-inspired decor is nice for this restaurant. They followed all COVID-19 precautions, and It's a fair price for a large bowl of ramen. I ordered the "Red Hot" ramen, and I can't say the soup base is the most flavourful, mainly due to the spice ratio being slightly too much, but it's tasty nonetheless. If you live in Port Coquitlam, this place is worth a try. Long review: Ramen Bella recently opened up its second location in Port Coquitlam, and took over the Mexican gourmet that used to be there. This restaurant has got a great atmosphere, although it's quite quaint and still keeps the old tiling from the Mexican establishment, it fits it nicely although I can't say I feel like I'm sitting in an underground ramen shop in Shibuya. All staff followed COVID-19 procedures, wearing masks and practiced social distancing to the best of their abilities, they disinfected tables and chairs after people left and overall made the dining experience feel safe. We ordered, and our food came to us in less than five minutes, Igot the red hot ramen, and I gotta say it was pretty good. Usually spicy ramen ends up just being spicy and totally overpowering the broth flavour. I can't say the ratio was absolutely perfect, but it was a lot better than most other places. The portion size was great, but I'm not sure how I feel about bok choy and wonton crisps in ramen. The noodles tasted like good quality ramen noodles, but not home-made at the restaurant. This was quite minor but my soup didn't really come out to me piping hot, and more just hot in some spots and warm in others. I trust that it was a mistake considering my lady friends bowl was totally hot though. The gyoza we ordered with our meals was quite tasty. The pork and chives filling was what you'd expect for a restaurant like this, and the size of them was eatable in about two bites. These were super hot, so let them cool off for about a minute before you dig in! Overall if you live in the Tri-cities or Port Coquitlam, this is your best bet for ramen if you don't want to travel out to Vancouver. I think they should change the soup base to spicy ratio in the Red Hot bowl, to give it a little more flavour. Overall, this place has a lot of potential to be great, but for now, i give it a 3.5/5.

We got a reservation a day before and there were plenty of spots available. They had a big drinks menu and quiet a few food options as well. Best part was that they had lots of veggie options! Here's what we got: Drinks - :: Zero-proof pineapple fizz - it def looked as good as it tasted. Very refreshing and fruity! Really enjoyed it. :: Guava aperol margarita - delicious! I could taste the guava and the spice on the rim of the glass was perfectly paired with the drink Food - :: Parmesan plenta fries - was so excited to try it, I wasn't sure what to expect. The presentation was amazing, just wish they were a big more crispy but the dipping sauce it came with was really good :: Burrata Bucatini - calabrian chili vodka cream sauce, pancetta, burrata, ricotta, thai basil, grano padano 3/5 :: Brick half chicken - pretty good! I would give it a 4/5 it was really creamy and the chicken was cooked well but I don't think it was seasoned that well. I would say for the portion size and the food, it was a bit overpriced but definitely 5/5 for the ambiance!

It's a stunning space, maybe the best in Langley that we have seen. The entrance is physical, with a wallpaper you'll never see, the shell shape is a statement. The hallway to the washrooms requires some attention with the light and to the reality of the place. The service was top notch, with the two staff members taking care of all of the tables with a well choreographed movement of product. The food, we wish, had reached the level of the service. The best item that we had was the Polenta fries with real Parmigiana Reggiano and a spicy Calabrian chili mayo and chive ash was in our mind fantastic! We'd come back for that alone. My Falafel pull apart sandwich had good flavour, but the corkscrew fried pickle was underwhelming and greasy. I don't know how they made the fries so dry, but they weren't good. The lovely K had the Spicy Peanut noodle bowl, which needed far more peanut flavour, more acid and maybe a little heat. The menu is quite eclectic, but might be a little too much so for some diners. That said the Polenta fries will bring us back, and we'll be trying to copy them at home.

The space itself is thoughtfully designed, with a mix of open-concept dining, lounge seating, and patio areas that give you options depending on your mood. Inside, the restaurant leans into a warm, contemporary aesthetic--think natural textures, greenery, soft ambient lighting, and plenty of visual energy from artwork and large screens. It definitely has that upscale sports bar vibe, where you can just as easily come for brunch as you can for drinks during a big game. That said, the energy can get pretty high, especially indoors, so it's more of a vibrant, social atmosphere than a quiet, intimate one. When it comes to the food, King Taps does a great job of blending comfort classics with a slightly elevated, modern twist. The Steak & Eggs is a standout brunch option--perfectly cooked steak with a nice sear, paired with eggs done just right. It's hearty without feeling overly heavy, and the balance between the richness of the steak and the simplicity of the eggs makes it a satisfying, no-nonsense dish. You can tell they put care into the quality of the ingredients, especially with their meats, which are sourced with a focus on freshness and consistency. The Breaky Bowl is a great option if you're looking for something a bit more balanced but still filling. It's layered with fresh ingredients that come together in a really cohesive way--nothing feels like an afterthought. Every bite has a mix of textures, from crisp elements to softer, more comforting components, and it's one of those dishes that feels both nourishing and indulgent at the same time. It's a solid pick if you want something lighter than a traditional brunch plate but still packed with flavor. The Huevos Rancheros dish brings a bit more boldness to the table. It's vibrant, flavorful, and has that satisfying combination of savory, slightly spicy, and fresh elements that make the dish pop. The components are well-balanced, and nothing overpowers the other--everything works together to create a dish that feels thoughtfully composed rather than thrown together. It's easily one of the more exciting brunch items on the menu if you're craving something with a bit of personality. Overall, King Taps in Langley delivers a well-rounded dining experience. Between the energetic atmosphere, stylish interior, and consistently solid food, it's a great spot whether you're meeting friends for brunch or grabbing a casual meal with a bit of buzz. While it can get loud during peak times, the quality of the food and the overall vibe make it a place you'll likely want to come back to--especially if you enjoy a lively, social dining scene.

At 11am also it wasn't super busy yet so even without reso we would get seated. We were seated in the indoor patio area. The place is modern with a casual vibe. The seating in the patio was laced in the middle area of the patio with green hexagonal bench seating around a table with one extra single chair at the front. Side of the patio had standard looking bench or chair seats. Interior of the restaurant had a nice modern feel to it. Our waitress promptly gave us menus and asked if we knew what beverages we wanted other than water. We started we wished for coffee/ cream. Once we perused the menu we ordered. I ordered a calamari for appy and the spicy vodka rigatoni with added fennel sausage. Wifey got malibu club. The calamari was crispy and consisted of body flesh no tentacles. They were sliced nicely and evenly coated/ fried. The sauce was nice and creamy with a slight sweet/tang. The rigatoni was cooked perfectly, not super spicy but good. Nice even spread of sausage crumbled within the pasta, coated with sauce evenly and dots of grana podano on the dish. Very delicious. Wifeys sandwich was tasty and fresh. We did have a little hiccup with the cup of fries as there was a large strand of hair buried in from the top down. We gave it to the waitress and the staff/ manager apologized for the issue and took care of it for us. Overall the meal was delicious, service was good and I would definitely return when in the area.
