We have front doors now that are warped and because I sold the house to someone else, they will not back up their work. So whatever you do, still tell them you own the house otherwise nothing is covered. God forbid they should back up their work even if it sold to a new person who is now very unhappy. Received a bill and paid it now they send another one saying we owe more money because they forgot to put it on the first bill we paid but yet they still will not replace my door. We was also quoted a price then got the bill only to see the price was higher than the quote because they changed us for cutting the metal which was not in the quote. After calling around other places do not charge for cutting the metal. We will never use them again and will not recommend them. This has been a bad experience all around.
