I was advised I needed a new deck and the warranty would cover everything. I had my tractor back within 2 weeks due to the deck needed to be ordered in. The shop did a great job and you can tell they take great pride in their work. We have ordered parts for other equipment and the parts employees are very helpful and know what is needed for us to fix our equipment. This location has plenty of items from chainsaws,weedeater,leaf blowers,riding mowers and large farm tractors. Best advise i can give you is always buy extra warranty it will pay for itself.

I just walked out and left. About ten days later on another trip to Ada I thought I would give them another chance. SAME results! Four men there and not a single one ever even said hi, or we will be right with you, or anything. After five minutes I walked out and left. Both times the were two guys at the counter, one walking in and out from the back and both time the same guy sitting in the office that just looked up at me a couple of times. I took my X350 in because it had a leak in the rear differential and it was still under warranty…read more They said they couldn't reproduce the leak and I guess I was on my own until I could make it leak again, it was pretty obvious where the leak was because there was dirt and oil all around it but they cleaned it up and said they couldn't reproduce the leak, said it must be some residual oil when P&K worked on it I bought it brand new from P&K in Arkansas and they never did any work on it before I bought it I took it home and drove it for half an hour and it started leaking at the same spot, since I bought it at P&K in Springdale, Arkansas 3 1/2 years ago I took it back to them and they replaced the rear axle and had it back to me in less than two weeks, easy warranty work for somebody that wants to do it. The only reason I took it to Anderson Heritage was because it was closer to home. Don't waste your time at Heritage in Anderson.

On Feb, 19 2025 I purchased a space heater, and at checkout the young lady kept pushing the extended warranty and pushing, I refused it, like I always do, you see I believe that when you purchase an item with your hard earned money the quality of such item should be good enough that you shouldn't really need an extended warranty, these warrantys are a rip off in my opinion. I'm a plumber w a business and if I sell you a kitchen sink, guess what, I'll guarantee that sink as well as labor for a year, that's included, no questions it's automatic and I believe people expect that warranty and expect me to honor it. I do and always have. Common sense right??? Well the weather cools way down so I opened up my space heater, plugged it in and it was hardly moving any air, like there was a problem with the fan or something and it would get hot and trip my breaker, so I wrapped it up in the box and set it aside until I could return it. On the 27 of Feb I believe I gathered my receipt and headed to Atwood's. When it was my turn at the counter I explained to the lady what had happened and said I would like to return the item.She asked for a receipt, and I produced it, after staring at the receipt and checking over heater she says ,Did you purchase the extended warranty? I replied " no ma'am I didn't" she replied," well you have to have the extended warranty before we will return the item," I then saute, but it's only been 8 days and only used 1 time briefly, it's defective and explained what the item was doing. Shaking her head mouthing the word " no" over and over I asked , are you telling me that yr standard warranty that comes with every item sold in here does not cover any item sold in here and we have to purchase a. Extended warranty to be covered??????? She then got confused after trying to justify the policy she is babbling about but at the same time she is not sure how to respond because she is just repeating what someone has put in her head, but she knows I'm right in the common sense I just informed her of, then she points to the next register and say ," you'll have to talk to Bob, or bill, I forgot what his name is, but anyway I pushed my buggy in his direction thinking ok this guy will understand what I'm talking about,,,,,WRONG!!!! He's says you gotta have the extended warranty you will have to send it back to the manufacturer and blah blah blah, he said do u want to exchange it? I said no, he said you should have got the extended warranty your in your own you'll have to deal w the manufacturer, we don't do things like that, it's your responsibility. I then stated so your in store warranty doesn't cover anything for no amount of time and you'll exchange the heater right now but since I didn't purchase the extended warranty, you will not warranty you item I purchased and didn't work???? But if I had purchased the extended warranty, you will exchange the item and you will deal w sending , I remained calm and didntause a scene, but that's it in a nutshell. Firts, Extermely rude service manager. Had my tractor worked…read moreon for a couple issues under warranty, they fixed them but never called me when it was completed. found out they completed them the first week it was there. After more than 2 months I called them asking when they would be done as I had not heard anything, the manager said it was done the first week it was in the shop. Great service?????, NOT. I get there to pickup tractor and the service department can't even find the original service ticket, which was filled out the day I dropped of the tractor, they then asked to tell them what they did to the tractor so they could write a new ticket. Told them what was on the original ticket, they said they would email me a copy, still waiting on that several months later.

Update#2 All has been cared for. Final rating is 4 stars…read morebased on the full hassle. UPDATE: I finally after two weeks did receive a phone call from the owner who the Original deal was made with. It is clear based on speaking with him that we were both incorrect on what was agreed upon. Based on this long conversation I believe that this matter is going to be resolved. Though it may have taken way longer than it should have! I will update upon conclusion.
