It's very convenient to get to it's on my way to work if I need it to be because there's multiple ways to get to work. Also I love their app that they have for the phone it is a lifesaver and makes things so much easier with that app! Inside the store it is just a smorgasbord of goodness you can order stuff to be made for you on site at the time but you get there so it's not sitting around and they will make it for you right there. Coffee whether it's cold or hot no matter what size is 99 cents come on now you can't go wrong! Also they have teas they have those slushy things that give you brain freeze when you take one little sip of them, they have a whole selection of cooler beverages like any other store would have. And they are just very nice people to deal with. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who was in the area and wants a decent place to go with a great staff that Waits on you and helps you and treat you well. When people are relaxed, they will stay longer and buy more things. I wasn't dealing with the porta potties- um, just no. I noticed lots of kids here and they had to go to the restroom. I enjoyed an apple cider slushee while picking fresh apples during a sunny fall day. We had to purchase a half-bushel bag. Mother Nature at her best! I tasted several varieties of apples in the orchards: Empire, macoun, mac, golden delicious, red delicious, Fuji and gala. The empires and the golden delicious are the best- tasting out of the different varieties available here. Take a look at my photos-- so serene and worth the drive up here from NYC! In hindsight, I should have taken a wagon and apple picking stick with me, but I was so happy with the slushee and just walking around, I wasn't really thinking about picking the best apples. As for the goodies I bought: Excellent apple pie with a short-bread type crust and tart but sweet apples. Very delicious and fresh! Seneca Granny Smith apple chips-- never tried this variety- tart and crisp. Apple Pastry stick: I say don't bother with this one. It left a coating in my mouth of greasy weird shortening. I bake my own apple pies with real butter and I don't get this kind of coating with my own pies: Not sure what they use here but don't get this. All in all, a great bakery and orchard.

There's plenty we found appealing about the experience, from the clean and spacious aisles and clear labels to the full range of goods we weren't sure we would find, including bakery, deli, produce, and pet foods. Staff at checkout was energetically friendly and I left thinking that I wouldn't mind going back at all. There's limited parking directly in front of the shop but more across the road. Apparently the co-op was established some 80 years ago and has gone through several transformations. I have a soft spot for local businesses and independent grocers, so here's hoping they stay open for many more years.

The truck was designed, first and foremost, as a classroom for our students at SUNY Schenectady. As a classroom, our mobile truck is uniquely outfitted with a griddle, pizza oven, charbroiler, stove and convection oven, fryer, sandwich station, and a hot box. This allows the students to learn a variety of techniques for preparing and serving foods from a mobile food truck. Easy to navigate, very clean, calm atmosphere, great prices, and a membership program we wanted to sign up for! Now, here's why this store went from what i would've given 5 stars down to just 1. There were few registers open with long lines and i went during a busy time so i prompted for self checkout....not a problem! Here was my problem. Woman working at the self checkout borderline harasses you. I've never seen anything like it. We waited in line at self checkout while i watched her walk directly behind people and just hover over them like they were stealing items! I watched an older lady ask for assist with her card machine and it took her several times to get the employees attention because the employee was too busy staring down somebody just trying to check out their groceries to see if she could catch them stealing. Finally the employee noticed the older woman and gave this poor woman such a nasty attitude for just needing assistance. Finally it was my turn at the self checkout and had the exact same situation happen with me. I felt like i was committing armed robbery for using a self checkout machine! Paper bags were flimsy, and i watched a girl next to me try to bag her items but the bags kept ripping. The girl finally just took her items in her hands with a massive hole in the bag with all her items falling out of the side and paid and left. I heard the employee make a comment to the customer next to me about her not paying .05 cents for her paper bag that had ripped completely down the side and yelled to the customer that she next time she needs to pay for the ripped bag!!!! I was appalled! Most uncomfortable shopping experience ever. Maybe it's a New York thing. I don't know. Least to say i did not sign up for that rewards program and couldn't wait to get out of that self checkout area! Will definitely be shopping at other grocery stores or might give a different location a try. Hopefully maybe this employee was having an off day...not sure!
