One must always start with the Cuban, that's what it's here for!! I have to admit that I am not always a Cuban fan, however this to me has been a delight! In addition we ordered our four sandwiches and we got the Pig Pen which is fries smothered in pulled pork, topped with coleslaw with cilantro lime sauce and feta cheese. OMG! For what is a very well priced food, you cannot go wrong here. There are several main entree items all that look phenomenal and I will have to try when I have more time. Keep in mind that this is a food truck and they do run out of food so make sure that you plan your day well otherwise you will lose out when they run out. I really want to try their taco's and other items that are on their menu. The Pig Pen fries are easily a meal all to their own so bring an appetite. I stopped here on a whim, because it smelled so darn good. A quick perusal through their menu cemented this decision. Everything looked amazing! It was hard to pick only a couple items. I went for the tacos with regular fries and their homemade strawberry lemonade (blended). Such delicious fare! Everything was cooked to perfection. Fries were crisp and flavorful. We were fortunate enough to be at a wrestling tournament at Lebanon HS that Stick a Pork In It was in the parking lot. During a break we went out and ordered the porkadilla, the stuffed mashed potato ball thing and their food truck corn. We were pleasantly surprised, the pork was on par with some of the best I've had, the corn was cheesy and seasoned perfectly. The fried mashed potato balls where the bomb. I give them one star for trying. I can see what they're trying to do. Unfortunately they love salt and love mesquite. I love smoked pork!! I was excited to try this place. I decided to try their pork tacos. Oh I remembered why I usually get something not so pretentious. They attempted to try a Mexican street tacos. Two bland corn tortillas with extremely smoked and salted pulled pork; some slaw with hot thing and cilantro.i think it was radish but I have no idea. It was nasty. I also ordered their fries. Clearly not made fresh, clearly not worth the effort it takes to say "I'll have some fries". I'm hoping it was just a horrible day for them. I cook all my meals from scratch, smoke my own meat, I'm sure I could whip up a recipe for the best fries. read more

My girlfriends were raving about this place for a year since the last Oregon Jamboree, where this company had a food truck at the event. This year, we arrived to discover they weren't in attendance after being so excited to give it a try. My group contacted them through their Facebook page and asked if they would be willing to delivery their food. Stick A Pork In It was more than willing to accommodate. We purchased 45 tacos to be delivered to our campsite and they came through in amazing fashion. The food was still warm, everything was fresh, and it was made up catering-style in containers for us to make the tacos at our site. And after hearing about the food for a year, they did not disappoint. We have cilantro-lime pork tacos and pineapple pork tacos with plenty leftover to take home.
