So long story short used order from El Rey's. But they become schmucks and won't give me any limes for my meal. I've been offered to pay for it, but they won't do it through any of the DoorDash's or anything. I even talked to the manager and he's a schmuck or at least the person that I talk to wouldn't fix anything so last night I ordered a DoorDash from Tony's and it was so good. The meat was way better than the quality in the taste of what you get at the other place. It was yummy. It was a little bit more expensive. But they even have dessert. I've had a churro forever and it was very yummy. I will definitely be ordering from them again. And just a note if you do like limes for your Mexican food, they have a lime button that you can order extra. Of course you have to pay for them, but I don't mind. And I really enjoyed their chips. This place was awesome during the first two weeks. However I am a dasher, and time is money for me, this place does not honor that value or even do they communicate effectively. When I first arrived they told me it was almost ready, now they are telling me it is not ready yet. It is a TACO PLATE. I mean seriously how hard is that to prepare? Worst meal ever! I paid almost 15 bucks for a tostada that was beyond horrible. I had to pay extra for lettuce, sour cream, cheese and onions--nobody else charges extra for that. When I got home there was NO lettuce, no onions, no sour cream and the tortilla was major soggy. There were some sprigs of CABBAGE on it!! They put onions on my son's cheese quesadilla that we did not ask for. Also, their speaker doesn't work, you have to shout many times or else get out of your car in the rain to walk up to the speaker. We will never go back. P.S. I should preface this review by saying that I'm from LA and typically get my tacos from street vendors. I now live in Corvallis and this was my first time getting food in Lebanon. I wasn't super wowed. There aren't very many choices here, and my friend and I were craving tacos so we came to Tony's. I ordered the 4 mini tacos for $10, which is a pretty good deal. I say I wasn't wowed because 1) there wasn't very much meat in the tacos and 2) the meat was very under seasoned. Even with adding the lime and salsa, the flavor was underwhelming. Great value and they make an excellent chicken taco for only $5. The chicken was very good, properly seasoned and they gave me a lot of it. I went inside to order and was glad I ordered what I got. Felt good to get such good food for a fair price. Inside is rather small and a bit dated, the food makes up for it big time. Went there the other day and had the Lebanon burrito was so freaking good! It took me a couple minutes for them to prepare the food and it was quick! It was playing Mexican music and the restaurant was not even busy except for the drive-thru! This is why I give them a five star! I wish they have a ten star option and give them if I could! I only have 2 knocks, but I really enjoyed my food here. 1) lack of ventilation in building made it hazy from grill smoke & 2) flies...they need some traps or something. Increasing the price and lowing the volume of food was terrible. They also put way less meat and sauce in the supreme tots as well as the "giant" burrito is a regular sized burrito that costs more now. I would say tonys tacos was one of the best mexican places in the area until the building got updated and the quality dropped dramatically. We are new to Oregon, transplants from San Diego, CA (burrito capital of the world) and we have had a really hard time finding remotely decent Mexican food..... that is until today! The Bean burrito was so good we ordered an extra one to go for later! Their Carne Asada burrito was nice and the breakfast burrito was fresh and tasty! Went through the drive through today and went to place my order when they only allowed me to order one meal instead of the two meals I wanted. I said I was not finished ordering and they said no no no and made me pay for my one meal and would not let me add my second meal. Came across this place while in town and by far the best mexican food I have had while staying in Oregon. The place is also drive-thru which is extra convenient.
