These guys are awesome. Back of car was messed up from a hit and run while I was parked. Came to them to see if I should bother going through insurance and hunting down the perpetrators through cameras, or just suck it up and pay out of pocket. They showed me both options and I decided to go with out-of-pocket because the price was super fair and they could get me my missing part asap. They even threw in an extra scratch fix. I recently had a used Porche Panamera shipped from Georgia to Cali. There were some knicks and scratches that were on the side panels and doors. I called Rich & Famous and spoke with Armen. i sent him pictures of the damage and he told me to bring my car down and he would take care of it. He touched up the spots perfectly and didn't charge me. All of the other places were quoting me anywhere from $900-$1050, telling me I need to paint the entire door. Armen ensured me that the expensive repair wasn't necessary and added that helping customers is more important than just making money off of them. Recently I brought my car here for some repairs after I was in an accident. From the moment I stepped foot into the business, everyone was welcoming and super grateful that I had found them on Yelp and chosen them for the repairs. I got my car back after about a week and a half and they went so above and beyond just fixing the repairs from the accident, including taking the time to paint another scrape that was there before the accident. Recently, I went to the dealer to try and get new trim pieces for my front bumper installed on my car since they were damaged during the recent spat of storms here in LA. However, the dealer not only damaged additional pieces, they also did a terrible job painting and reinstalling them to the vehicle. They also somehow damaged the front bumper of my car and took two weeks just to do the repair. When I went to Rich & Famous, it was a completely different experience compared to the dealer. They treated my car with respect and were able to correct the issue with the trim pieces, including repainting and reinstalling them correctly with much higher quality paint. Not only were they able to do that, they did it all in a third of the time the dealer took, taking just a few business days to get new parts and repaint them as well. These people are absolutely fantastic and care about making sure your car looks as good as new or better. I brought in my car after an accident and he worked out an extremely fair deal with me. Cy is very straight-forward, very trustworthy, no BS. Really enjoyed working with him. A little late on this review, but these guys are the real deal!! They did an amazing job repairing my Jaguar F-Type R after a nasty side-swipe collision. My car has a pretty unique color and they matched it perfectly. They really went above and beyond in their work and I could tell they really cared about me and all of their other clients. They gave me a great quote and when I went to get the bumper fixed they also helped get a pretty deep scratch out of the side. This place is honest and amazing! First off I know very little about cars and the price range to fix them. I also look like the part and is easily taken advantage off. I have a standard 2006 Mini Cooper with the front decal strips completely damaged and cracked. I wanted them removed before they caused anymore damage and aesthetically they looked horrendous. I went to 3 places. The first place is Sticker City in Sherman Oaks. They specialize in car decals so logically this should be the right place right? Meh. My estimate was 75- 150. Second place I went to was near Rich & Famous. My price was 150 for the stripes to be removed and "if the paint comes off I will repaint your entire hood for free. Maybe take 1- 4 days" :/ Finally went to Rich & Famous. No bs and straight to the point telling me the decal removal will not damage my paint, but since the paint hasn't been exposed to the sun will be a little bit darker than the rest. 50 bucks. Also my headlights were all hazy/fogged up and need to be restored. 50 bucks. Total removing my damaged decal stripes AND headlight restoration only 100 dollars?! Not only that they touched up all the scratches on my entire car!!! Job was complete in 3.5 hours. Please save your time and gas. Just come here and speak to Albert! -Mary read more

I wrote a review here almost 9 years ago when a car of mine had such peeling on the roof that I couldn't decide what to do: answer: took it to Rich and Famous where I decided to keep the car longer than I should have since they did such a good job. 9 years and a couple cars later; I have a swell car that I love that needed it's every couple years major detailing that I was just avoiding because...detailing/major and lazy. But I had a silly interaction with my front yard (wood) fence that did a little bit of a scrape on the side and the front quarter panel wheel well. Relaly minor, so I decided to rely on my last experience with R&F. This was an incredible experience. I got a brand new looking car back. I feel like I just drove it off the showroom floor as I did two years ago in February. It's a Lexus ES300h and I've had a few of these over the years (including the above mentioned roof peeling car which was an SC); they get little scrapes on the bottom, which I call Lexus burn, probably more my driving than a design flaw, but, you know, blame the design. Anyhow, the car is beautiful and this is not a car wash detailing. This is a serious, unbelievable, leave it a couple days detailing. So glad I went back. (really I'm a very good driver, except this fence thing -- you would never know the car had Lexus burn, unless you drove it, which I do, but it feels like a new car.) Go here! read more
