Then for some reason, they message me saying they figured the taxes wrong and they needed an additional $241. That was a red flag so I asked for my money and documents back. I let them keep their service fee. When I went to AAA to go ahead and do the paperwork through AAA since I'm a member it ended up costing me only $209. So not sure what they were trying to pull over on me. But it shouldn't be called red line. It should be called scam line. If you're looking for someone to help you with your DMV services, please do not use these people.
