So the people that managed us now are not the same people that had it before. Not sure if they are even certified to be doing DMV. Had tried to do a transfer title with them gave them $319. Then for some reason, they message me saying they figured the taxes wrong and they needed an additional $241. That was a red flag so I asked for my money and documents back. I let them keep their service fee. When I went to AAA to go ahead and do the paperwork through AAA since I'm a member it ended up costing me only $209. So not sure what they were trying to pull over on me. But it shouldn't be called red line. It should be called scam line. If you're looking for someone to help you with your DMV services, please do not use these people. read more

I went in to add my husband's name to my title on a car. Disorganized, though friendly people. The DMV charges $15.00, so I would have been willing to pay up to an additional $150 for their service. I was quoted $338.00!!! Going to AAA in Redlands for a total cost of $15.00 read more

Tried calling many times the phone doesn't even ring it goes straight to voicemail which is full. I went to their location it says they moved so I drive back across town to the new location & it's not open so their hours are not accurate neither is the address. Purchased an out of state OHV and our lenders sent our paperwork to Redline. Tamara called on a Tuesday and left a message that she had our paperwork and was available "now" if we could bring the vehicle to her. We were at work at the time, we didn't have a chance to call her until the next day. We contacted Tamara and made an appointment for Friday AM. My husband was a little early and when Tamara showed up, with an attitude she told my husband he was a week late and that we had an appointment on Tuesday. Really? We didn't even get our paperwork from the lender until Tuesday and made an appointment for Friday. She argued that the VIN was altered until my husband showed her a picture of all VINs on the same type of vehicle. She said she needed to verify safety stickers and didn't know where to find them. The final straw was when she tried to charge sales tax for the vehicle. Per DMV, when you purchase a vehicle from out of state and paid the sales tax in that state, as long as you register within a year that sales tax is credited toward any Ca Use Tax. She argued and insisted us pay her $2,000 cash. When we refused, she charged $50 cash for the VIN verification and we took our paperwork. We will go directly to AAA or the DMV and complete our transaction. We would not recommend this company to anyone, they don't know what they are doing. read more

I had just moved to the Big Bear area. I had noticed my back license plate with my registration sticker was missing/ stolen. After filing a police report with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Big Bear station. The deputy recommended Redline. Martha was very helpful. Got my new registration, plates and sticker. I was in and out within 15 -20 minutes. Will return for my DMV needs in the future instead of driving down the hill. read more

It's so nice having a place in Big Bear that deals with all the DMV stuff. I went in for my registration on the day it was due! The staff was very nice and the woman had me in and out in less then 10 minutes! Definitely worth every penny of the small fee they charge. There fee is less then what I would have had to pay in gas for my truck to drive to the DMV and I would have had to take the day off work to go down the hill. I went to Red Line on my lunch break and still had 45 minutes to spare for lunch! read more
