Mike Burnside came out and did all of the measuring with great care. Mike Burnside, David Wiggins, and Patience removed the old kitchen counter and sink, the old bathroom counters and sinks and replaced the counters with Quartz, porcelain sinks in the bathroom, and a stainless steel sink in the kitchen. These guys are professional, kind, and they were very careful in our home. A couple of weeks later, Mike Burnside, Fella (don't know his real name) and Marquel came to tear out the old shower and install the new one. Again, these guys were very professional and took great care in our home. I am so happy with everything I chose. It looks really beautiful. But what is much more important to us is that these guys treated our home as if it was theirs. They all are meticulous in their various jobs. If something isn't just right they work until it is. Remodeling is stressful to most any homeowner, however this crew made the process fairly easy for us with their professionalism, with the way they explained things step by step, even with their sense of humor. absolutely do not trust these people!! oh don't get me wrong the lumber is perfect. its what…read morethey did after they had my money. i paid for name brand nail.. sent me some d*** generic s***. banded treated wood with untreated wood banded my decking boards on top of my frame boards. anyone in the business knows as soon as i pop this band my decking boards will warp from the sun before i can get them done. sent the wrong paper!! when they dropped the wood off left 4 inchs on each side of the entrance of the job !!! then stacked all of it on top of each other! so pretty much have to crawl over piles of wood to even get to the site them carry the lumber over that same pile! they are ridiculously! then when you try to talk to them about it they talk to you like you are stupid. the manager is rude and absolutely no help what so ever....
