Ya just came here, some dude with big rings in his ears helped me. I just want the stiizy deal I've been getting since LAST year and he says "do you have the app for the discount on the stiizy" i told him I had the app the first time I came and nobody ever asked for it again. He said "you should have been using, we've been doing it for 2 years" Im standing there on crutches in the lobby while he tells me I have to open my phone, log in and show him the coupon??? I tried to get in and it wouldn't even let me reset the password. I ask him "do all the customers have to show coupons in the app to prove they qualify for publicly promoted deals? Cause like nobody has ever asked me for it" And the reason my review is being made is because of his response "Yes, they should have been checking the app. Im going to have to TALK to EVERYONE, who ever checked you out" OKAY. First off, disgusting display of management. Intentionally flexing his authority off the bat was dirty. Second, is it that big of a deal?? The deals are AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC? Third, it will slow business down. The system is already flawed and during peak hour the staff is stressed. Sometimes it takes 40 minutes to check out. Finally, if I was a manager or owner and I heard one of my Supervising Staff talk so high and mighty, I'd write them up! We smoke, life's hard, there's a freaking war going on, people need jobs. Place is a joke. First of all, their website tells you that you need to have at least $100 in your cart in order to place a delivery order. So you add more to your cart, and you try to place the order once you get to $111 and it keeps on returning the same error. So you call them and you ask them why this error is occurring and they say that it's because they don't deliver right now, and hung up on me. Why wouldn't you just make the error say sorry we don't deliver right now rather than making me try to troubleshoot? You really just don't want to take my order at all. And the fact that I call and talk the Customer Service rep, who just hangs up on me.... Talk about an easy way to ensure that you never get any business from me. Lastly, when I called back to complain about getting hung up on, you say there's no manager available and there's no way for me to leave a message for the manager... We waited 20 mins for my id to get processed with my medical id to find out it was a very simple mistake and we held up a line of people. Worst experience ever. The budtender wanted to pick a fight with me over asking about my FTP because they have a policy where you don't get to use it if you don't spend over 25 before taxes, my total after was 26. All I said was that I didn't like that so I wouldn't be coming back and the budtender got crazy with me, told me to tell her manager if I had such an issue when all I wanted was my medicine because I'm a medicinal user. She said that it wouldn't hurt their business whatsoever but it was completely empty in there, now I understand why. Plenty of nice clinics with girls that aren't trashy to sell you what you need, will always be going to KG or Culture right up the road for much better service. Decided to try Haven closer to my house in Stanton on 4/20 and omg this place is so unorganized and slow. Your ONE busiest day in the year and you can't even have enough staff to help people. Been waiting here for 45 min and only seeing 3 bud tenders at a time while the 4th goes on break. These employees look super lit. Especially the bigger Latino dude. Open your eyes bro. Decent place. I was not a fan of the immediate text messages that came through. I did not want to sign up for text messages. They did not say anything about texting me. That was annoying. Next, I had went up to the lady at the counter and told her I haven't been to this location and that I had $20 cash, what edibles can I buy? And she said the cheapest one would end up being $27 with tax and everything. I looked around and there were some cheaper edibles ($13,$15) so I was confused. I ended up buying the $13 and with tax it ended up being $18 so I'm not sure what that first lady was talking about..? I made sure to not go to her when checking out. I waited for someone else. This second lady was explaining to me that I'd have to take two of the edibles I bought to add up to one Wyld edible (that I couldn't afford but wanted to check price so I had brought it up there). Chris is amazing, was very respectful, Helpful, & straight forward I had a particular issue that was immediately resolved. Top tier customer service! I usually travel all the way to Inglewood/LA for my goods due to the variety of deals they offer down there but I took a chance trying this spot for the first time and I must say, They have a plethora of different products to choose from whether you are on a budget or need the best of the best they INDEED have it. Every stizzy pod I've gotten from here clogs. At first I thought it was my battery or maybe I hit it back to back too fast. Then, I went and bought a brand new battery and a brand new pod from them because the one I had from them previously didn't work anymore since it was clogged (and still pretty full).
