This was the best experience I have ever had in a dispensary! The manager was extremely warm and helpful, and he provided excellent recommendations to my friends and me. He also educated us on some of the local producers who supplied his store. Their wide selection of products are high quality and the prices are quite a bit lower than I usually pay at other dispensaries. We will definitely be coming back as often as possible! read more

Im from SoCal, rarely get the chance to travel, and i was extremely disappointed by this stores staff and lack of knowledge. The website lists a whole slew of discounts they offer, such as industry discount, friends family, first time. When arriving at the dispensary with my wife and her sister we thought they were closed as there was a rope and nobody to be found. Place looked closed. Then a guy came out from the corner and hurridly "checked us in" meaning he just set up our profiles. When inquiring about the discounts he had no idea and told me to ask them inside. Come to find out "them" inside is actually a single guy, a guy in his MAYBE late 20's early 30's, who then tells me he's the owner! Wow, i must be getting cream of the crop service then right? WRONG! This guy has no knowledge of products im talking about, refers me to order on an ipad infront of me instead of with him.... The budtender.... So anyways now im annoyed because a dispensary is supposed to be an experience. If i wanted to fucking place my order online i wouldve done that beforehand from the safety of my own car. THATS THE OTHER THING. NO SECURITY AT ALL. While i was getting checked in there was a belligerent guy on the sidewalk who them began to harass the group i was with. So my wife decided not to go in and to stay with her sister to keep her feeling safe out there with the tweaker. Then shortly after i go in the tweaker is allowed in after me, and continues to mutter and mumble to himself while im now doing my own order in the ipad as the owner stands there doing nothing. The owner then rudely asked if i was gonna be a minute if he should help the other guy, mind you ive been on this ipad for a total of 2 minutes, to which i said im almost done. I "placed" my order and the owner then scrambled to look for my items, one of which he didnt even know he had and could not find. Sir who made your website? Whole thing felt shady as hell and a sad excuse for a dispensary. First time discount is 26% i guess but still shady ass vibe and absolute buffoons working there. Will never be back. Their loyalty to their repeat customer's isn't worth a darn. Too many new faces, behind the counter. One of the two Manager's is very cold (Greg). Problem: Another new face "Natalia" recently ripped me off, charging my Visa card more than the products I wanted to purchase. This young woman is a FAST talker, who appears to be kind and sweet, but under those eye glasses is a born again, 2026 "Three Card Molly" type, seemingly. I reported her unprofessionalism to one of two Manager's named "Greg". The salty one. And he gave me hell. Perhaps racist but acting cool. He made me feel like I wasn't being honest about this new employee, "Natalia", but Wells Fargo doesn't lie about what's been withdrawn from a personal Wells Fargo account. And this employee "Natalia" switched receipts stating that she charged my Visa a much lower price, entering the erroneous details (2nd re-created receipt) in the club's register. And not the initial receipt, which was much higher. But she never entered the higher price, that she initially charged my Visa. However, Wells does. My name nor Visa # appears on the "fake" receipt. The original should display this, but "Natalia" got rid of it. For she clearly knew that she overcharged me. Taking half of $100.00 for what should've actually come to $25.00, charging $40.00, instead. And my Wells Fargo card was charged $92.00, but "Natalia" entered $69.00. Hence, Wells Fargo has no record of the $69.00. She robbed me for MORE. And the cost should've been much lower. I want the difference back. Not her promises to "hook me up, another time." The time is w. But Greg (part mgr) refused. So, I reported the "misconduct" to the DCC. I will also file a claim with Wells Fargo. This is sheer fraud. Pending two weeks now, with no results. read more
