Prices are great & at times it can be hectic with the long lines. Maybe if they had 2 lines which consisted of one who knew what they wanted(regular customers) & one for those uncertain who take longer to decide (new customers) it might calm the chaos. The best thing this place has to offer are the Stizzy 40's. If you want something else I'd suggest other dispensaries close by, like Cake House, Gelato or The Syndicate. The Budtenders at Stizzy seem to want you in and out, they barely have ANY knowledge about most of the products they sell, and their customer service is just HEINOUS. I'd blame their performance on the weed but... Like I said, you get BETTER service at the other dispensaries I listed above and they obviously smoke too, so I guess it's just the Stizzy Store in Wildomar with this issue. read more

I've lived here for about a year and this is my go-to dispensary. Most budtenders are respectful & knowledgeable of the products but one budtender always seems to rub myself, friends & family the wrong way. She never seems to have a smile on her face & simply just wants you in & out. I don't know if she wants to feel good about herself by bringing others down but i'll drive to Lake Elsinore to not get someone rude & egotistical to ring me up. Just bad vibes & someone with that attitude shouldn't be working the front. I tend to normally get names on my receipts but yet everytime I get her a name is never on the receipt. I believe it is Rachel. Not only poor customer service but the card policy needs to be written clearly somewhere. First time patient there, had a medical card and they were able to verify me and create a profile me pretty quickly. I appreciate the two girls at the front checking us in! The guy who helped me was pretty knowledgeable of all the product in the store only after a week or so of being open, and told me some deals from WM that i could pickup in store. Unfortunately I was a loyal customer until tonight. I drove 20 miles to make it on time. I arrive at the store at 9:49 PM. security opened up and said our last service is at 9:50 PM I showed him my phone and I said 9:50 PM and explain to him how far i have driven. His response was unfortunately this is our policy and Said I can try a different Dispensary down the street. completely understand he was just doing his job. But what if this happen to someone that really needs there meds to sleep, anxiety or even depression (It states on here closing times is at 10pm) I would recommend having some type of sign at check-in saying what time is last call or who ever maybe letting the customers know at check in. It sucks it happens to me it was a learning experience but I will be letting my company know not to shop here because of this experience I would not want them to go thought what I did. Many of them do need there meds and I would not want them to waste there resources (gas, miles on the car, time, and money) just to have them say unfortunately we can't not serve you. read more

You CANNOT expect the menu on Weedmaps to dictate current inventory Weedmaps is a 3RD party site! And if you realistically look at it the prices are great. People will complain that flower is to expensive. I hardly ever use Yelp, but recently I've been paying a little attention to reviews a place has. However, I always like to give benefit of the doubt. I'll be honest though, this place has so many bad reviews I didn't even want to try. But I did, sort of. All I did was call to see if they had a couple products since I've never been there before, and my usual place is out of my go-tos. The girl on the phone seemed like my call was a complete inconvenience, she put me on a super long hold just to check stock for two things. Had an awful attitude, wasn't even remotely familiar with what I was asking about. She accused me of having a bad attitude, and hung up on me. The entire call was horrendous and awkward. This experience coupled with the tons of bad reviews this place already has is a sure reason I'll never set foot in, or even call this place again. Which is sad, because it looks like it has a cool vibe. Hopefully the management will find employees who actually want to help people. read more

Got here 10 minutes before closing and a girl looked at me shaking her head as soon as I saw two people walk out. The sign right in between us read 9am - 10 pm. I am a full time parent. I don't get a lot of time where I can come in. I even tried to ask if she was closing early and she avoided eye contact after shaking her head.
