She explained what my customized plan looked like and what I could expect. What I like about nutritional testing is it is individualized to me. It is not a 'one pill fits all' which isn't realistic. The philosophy is to take care of the specific issues you are having, correct them so you can feel better. So the plan evolves as you get healthier.
