I've had craniosacral therapy in the past, so am familiar with the concept that an extremely light touch can yield big results. If it wasn't a massage where you senses are heightened due to having your head down and eyes closed, these sounds might not have bothered me, but they were interruptions that got in the way of me completely relaxing. Despite the poor experience, I still opted to give her a 20% tip and she had the audacity to be upset with the amount and asked for more. I was shocked but stood firm and refused to give more despite her trying to "negotiate" her tip multiple times. She finally processed the tip amount I had decided, and I left. (she only used the waterfall once and that was in the beginning to get my hair wet) She also put her thumbs into my ears during the scalp massage without any explanation, which was odd & uncomfortable. The most concerning part was when the provider went underneath the towel drape to massage the inside of my cleavage area without any explanation or consent. That crossed a serious boundary and made me extremely uncomfortable & tense the rest of the service. After the service, the situation got even worse. She was pushy about tipping and tried to grab my card while it was in my hand. I had to say "I can tap it myself" for her to stop. I asked another staff member if going under the towel drape was normal, and she said no.
