At first she refused to help filing insurance because of language barrier; gave me all the excuses, assuming my insurance is cheap with huge deductible, assaulting my employer provided bad insurance...Then she said it costs her to hire someone to do it (every medical clinic hires some professional to handle billing, it's a very basic thing). Five months after with enormous amount of time on calls and chats between Viven, me and my insurance company. I discovered she filed and charged 2 times the billing amount to my insurance. She reimbursed me what I paid her in cash and pocketed the rest of the money. She said it's legal and legitimately done. Not to mention the treatments I received have no affect on me. I was quite annoyed by the end of it and wanted to be over with it.
