I you let them no you are short on time they will delay you any way they can. Flat repair to 3 tires, one day at a time. They are very polite and will not warranty any of their work related to tires. They are open 24/7 and still will make sure you wait or leave so they can work without you waiting there. Oh yes very polite,,, come back later or leave it here your choices. read more

"Whatever you put on the internet won't hurt us at all cause we're a black business" Purchased 4 tires for $360 4 months ago. One blew apart while driving a few days ago; I took it to them to see about a warranty. The manager brought out the tire guy who said there's no warranty, but he said he had a very nice slightly used tire he could sell me for $50. The tire looked fine. The next morning without driving the tire was flat. I took it back and the tire guy took the tire apart and said there was a piece of debris causing it not to seal to the rim. He cleaned and resealed the tire and said it would be fine. Next morning the tire was flat again. I brought it back and waited while they told me they were going to put a new tire on my wheel. Then the tire guy brought a different tire out on my wheel that was very worn out and you could see the steel belt. The manager was nowhere to be found so I left with my rim and the worn tire. I contacted the manager and she asked me to send her a picture, which I did. She then told me what she could do is get me her least expensive new tire for $118 and put my $50 toward that. I told her that I would like to speak to the owner and get a refund. She told me she's the owner's daughter and there will be no refund. I told her that I was going to give them poor reviews online. If I could give this place less than 1 Star I would. We took our F250 in for a wash and wax. The price was $99 for the service. We were after a good wax since we have a monthly car wash subscription elsewhere. Let me tell you, our car wash did a better job cleaning than this place. First of all we were told that we would get wax. The guy said he put a sealant on it which is better than wax. When questioned about it he got angry. Second of all there were swipe marks everywhere from where the "sealant" was not properly wiped off. Our chrome wheels still had brake dust on them. There were bugs still in our grill behind the brush guard which has more than enough room in to reach in and wash. The tires themselves don't look like they were even touched. And the windows now have huge foggy spots as well. This place was not worth the two trips to take and pick up the vehicle let alone the time we waited to go get it. When they were asked to refund us, mind you my husband did not raise his voice but tried to hash this out civilly he was told to "never come back". We usually do this stuff ourself but decided to splurge and get it done because it needed to be waxed. Now that we are out $107 we now have to hunker down and re wash and wax this ourselves to get it back in shape. read more

Everytime we call or stopped by no one told us the car was sub out for work. when we originally agreed to the car getting fixed there no one informed us . they lied to make money and wreck the car. the car looked better before they touched it. Dropped off 11/19/2017 for repair picked up 11/28/2017. Talked to Charlie and manager and both dont want to refund anything. 12/01/2017 We were told what they were fixing and according to sign figure everything was going to be ligitimate business. Vehicle was there 9 days a 2011 camaro was suppose to have door dents and new rubber guard put on. Dents were painted over along with dirt on car. New guard has paint all over it . the paint job is orange peeling . We have several estimates from other business to fix there mess. original cost$450.00 then 650.00 then told other dents and fiberglass issue. charged $1043.00 and told car was ready to be picked up at 6:30pm, in the dark seem ok until the sunlight hit car and orange peel paint job ,paint on trim color of car, paint all over messy job. sent car to pensacola to be painted which no-one informed us that they could not do all the work there. 85 extra miles on car because of this. when i stopped by on saturday and ask to see car they told me it was in the paint booth so i could not see it. Stillworth advised customer that we must allow three days for clearcoat to harden before we remove orange peel by wet sanding and buffing. All services were rendered and customer inspected vehicle twice and signed satisfied. All repairs were recorded by video surveillance, and vehicle left our premises in perfect condition. June, 2016, I called the Owner of Stillworth RV, Boat and Auto Restoration about "Detailing" the RV. I wanted the interior "detail" cleaned, which Charlie Stillworth stated that was his specialty and other refurbishing. He told me to make a list of all that I wanted him to estimate for me. On 6/17/2016 he and his assistant walked around the SUV and noted other work that was needed to be added to my list. He said they would estimate individual items, but it would be about $3000-$4000. I said I wanted to hold the expenses to $2000-$2500 and once he had the items estimated, I would pick and chose what to 08/28/19 Have had continuing issues with the paint and have been taking pictures throughout the time showing how the paint is peeling and fadeing... have not filed because the financial issues of not have the money right now still do not have car repaired and now the tinted windows which have already been replaced twice are now coming off and bubbling. The  windows in the rear which are very seldom if ever used, you can see along the edges. I'm taking pictures with dates on it there is a guarantee/ warranty he did he did hold up on his guarantee the first two times but it's starting again by third time I really don't want to have him do it a third time obviously he does not know what he's doing so this will be part of the suit that will be filed to replace all of the tinted windows... as of this date he still has not contacted me with the finding of the gas cap then he sheared off did he says they cannot find in his shop... I stopped by the business in March of this year to discuss the purchase and installation of truck accessories. I purchased a brush guard which they installed in a timely manner. At this time I was satisfied with the product and the work so I decided to purchase other accessories from them which included a roof rack, an awning, fender flares, and a spray on bedliner rocker panel. I paid cash in advance for these items as well as 4 hours of labor for the installation of the fender flares. At this time, I coordinated and communicated to the employee responsible for the installation of these items the work involved, the time involved, and dates needed for dropoff and pickup. On the agreed upon day for dropoff, I left the vehicle at the business with the understanding I would be picking it up in 3 days. On the 3rd day, the scheduled pickup day, I went to the business and discovered that only one third of the work had been done. They had applied the spray-on rocker panel and it was crooked. At this time I was frustrated because the vehicle was needed for an upcoming trip. I then requested to be given the parts I had ordered and paid for, with the intention of having someone else install them. I received the only the roof rack and the fender flares. I was told the awning would arrive in a few days. When I got home and opened the roof rack box I discovered that half of the parts were missing. Throughout the rest of April and May I have called repeatedly regarding the missing roof rack parts and the awning and was told repeatedly by the owner that they are "looking into it" or that" the parts are on the way". I have asked for a refund and was told "no refunds" and also was told that I'm "not getting s--t", even though the roof rack was incomplete and I never received the awning. At one point when I called he told me he had the parts . I ask a witness to accompany me to help verify the parts were correct and also had officers from the MIlton police dept. accompany me because I didn't believe him that the parts were even in. The parts were NOT in. The police officers talked to the owner on the phone and requested that he give me the vendors names and tracking numbers so I could pursue it myself. He told the officers he would get that information and pass it on to me. He never did. I paid for and sought an attorney's advice and was told he would need a retainer fee of $1,000.00 to take the case and that even then I would probably win the case but would never see the money. His advise was to spend more money out of my pocket and take the owner to small claims court where the same scenario would probably ensue. When I went to the police station there was an investigator there who said that this is not the first time that this business has behaved like this. At this point I feel that this business has engaged in fraudulent behavior. I highly recommend that anyone considering using this business first check its rating with the Better Business Bureau. read more
