I had called another repair shop beforehand and was quoted almost $300, which made absolutely no sense considering I bought my laptop open-box for only $400! Luckily, I found RAD Computers and saved a ton of money. Great service, fair pricing, and someone you can actually trust. I strongly recommend coming here for any computer repairs.

He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.

I had two Web sites for my business, one for Home Inspections and the other one for Mold testing…read more The sites were built in early 2009, to what was known to be what Google was looking for, back then - lots of content and links out to other sites. They worked, but outdated and needed a update. I shopped around; hired one guy that built the Home Inspection site, took him six months but never finished the job. Hired a second person that said no problem, easy peasy lemon squeezy but he never got started on the Job an ended up saying the site was to complex for his skill level. I was referred to Phil McKeown, we talked over a Coffee, I explained my needs and concerns. I check out a Site or two he worked on and earlier this year Phil helped me build a new website for my business. I had a ton of content from my previous site - he helped pull out, reorganize and highlight the most important stuff. Feel free to check it out, within 6 months we were getting nice page ranking on Google - I'm Back on first page in several areas and it's only getting better. http://alatisinspectionservice.com/ Google Local / Plus - I had also hired a company to help with my online presents. It was a complete mess, more than what I could handle. I asked Phil about looking into my accounts on Google, he helped me combine 3 different Google Business accounts: 1 had the right address, 1 had my reviews and the last was connected to YouTube. It was a lot more complicated than I thought, but Phil made sure nothing was lost. That was really important since I'd lost reviews in the past with that last company I hired. Finally Phil's been helping with my approach to social media, specifically Facebook. He's advised on the best approach to take with both my business and personal accounts to help increase exposure and reach. More so I feel that when I call Phil, it is like I'm his most important customer (although I see the big corporate names he represents and my company is small frys in comparison). Feel free to contact me if you have concerns about hiring MCKEOWN MARKETING - Happy to talk!

Bad customer service and not the creativity that was promised to us…read more We went in to the office and spoke with the owner of the company and he ranted about how great and trusted he is around the Phoenix area. He said he would charge us $150 for a logo design and it included two edits. We came in and communicated what we were looking for in our logo and he said to send it all through email and that we were in good hands. He promised us that it would be done in a business week but two weeks later, still hadn't heard from them. I emailed them and asked if if was possible to get the logo done in time for a special event that we hosted and he said yes plus, free business cards because they took so long. Again, didn't hear from them before the event. We had to email them AGAIN (after the event) and finally received a logo. We liked it, but then we noticed that the picture we sent to them for inspiration, was the exact picture in the logo! We pointed it out to them. They then said we can get a whole new logo at no charge. Once received, we liked it but still wasn't what we asked and again, it was very similar to the inspiration picture. No creativity. We decided not to go with any of the logo's and they said that we would still get the files sent to us (not that we would use it) because we paid for them and have yet to receive it. I called and emailed the owner to see if we can at least get the basic business cards that were promised but he was busy and said he would get back to me. It's been over a week and still haven't heard from him. We basically wasted $150. I wouldn't recommend them. They weren't very professional in our experience. Maybe we just had a bad experience with them but I still think it's common courtesy to at least call back or email a paying customer. They don't seem very concerned. We decided to go to Arizona Color for a logo design, prints and wrap and we are happy we went with them instead.

It seemed like they were paying attention to my very detailed instructions and emails, but once I paid and was out of there, things were different. When I got the work it wasn't what I wanted. After two or three revisions (which took a while!) the final version still wasn't good. I had to get it done with someone else and never used what they gave me. It, quite literally, was a waste of my time and money. Wish I could give zero stars.
