His coat is so beautiful, my Brother-in-Law even commented on how nice it is (and he can't ever say anything good about me or anything I do). I am taking him back again. This grooming service deserve perfect 10! 5-star. The facility is nice and clean and they don't put their client dogs in kennel. They are in a playpen, make the dogs feel like home. My 2 Malteses needed grooming. I google dog grooming in this area and found them. Although, they have only couples of good reviews , I made the right decision to bring my 2 Malteses for grooming here. They did a very good job on my dogs. They came out brand new and super so cute and clean in every square inch!! I hope I can find a really good groomer in my area in California where we live. In summary, nice & clean facility, friendly service, great grooming job! I highly recommend this place.

These guys are the best. I'm very impressed with how they handled my rescue dogs. My dogs haven't been around a lot of people and are very scared. But they dealt with my dogs pooping on the floor with smiles and encouragement to not be horrified. Thank you read more

I got quoted one price and when I picked up my dog I got up charged without much explanation. Also didn't like how my dog didn't have a bandana like the other dogs that normally get it with full service. Also, my dog did not like me for a while and I saw a cut on his body. I also think some areas could've been better cut. Will not be back here again. read more

Stinky Dog treated my dog well, but the grooming itself was a little messy. She gets a very close uniform cut, which isn't easy to perfect, but it was a little too choppy for me to tolerate, so we went elsewhere. If she had a forgiving coat, we'd probably still be going there. read more

This is the best groomer we have had in years. Sven loves his appointments and comes home squeaky clean. He is a Boston Terrier so he doesn't get clipped but he gets smelly so they keep him fresh. read more

"Hey everyone..in case you didn't know, I HATE my nails trimmed. I need those for defense, you know, but if your human says it must be done this is the place to do It! These girls were super awesome. They treated me with respect and apologized for not knowing how incredibly long my quick was. I forgave them because they were so kind, loving and thoughtful. So if your stinky or just need a mani/pedi this is THE place. Make sure you bring extra money for a tip if your a difficult pup like I am, (sorry but anal gland expression and nail trimming are my deal breakers) because their iPad doesn't offer a tip nearly to the amount they deserve. I called asking for an appt the same day, and thankfully they had a cancellation and could get me in that same day! I'm always nervous taking my Yorkie somewhere new to get groomed, but I couldn't wait any longer. I was immediately happy when I walked in their shop because they paid very close attention to everything I asked for regarding her hair cut. When I picked up my pup I was so thrilled to see they had done everything just as I asked! This was the best cut my Yorkie has ever had, and I wish I lived in roseburg so I could take her here all the time! I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

I recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a good groomer for my three dogs, a Golden Retriever, a Golden Doodle and a Shih Tzu. I called Stinky Dog (after reading reviews) and was able to get my dogs in right away, one that day and two the next. The shop is clean, downtown and I really liked the way the shop is set up. They did a fabulous job on all three dogs. I was very pleased with the shop and the grooming. This is our new groomers! read more

Took my Labrador here for his first grooming ever and I am so happy I did. Their customer service is second to none! Pricing is is great! My boy got a bath and his nails trimmed. He is TERRIFIED of getting his nails trimmed and they had no problems trimming his nails. He is squeaky clean and looks (and smells) perfect. We will be back next month for another visit! We opened in the fall of 2015. Thanks to our loyal clients, word of mouth, and great reviews we have grown and added another groomer and an assistant.

I called them that morning and let them know my cat needed to be seen by a vet and was in distress. They had me come right in on a standby appointment. I got there checked in and they took Bella back to be checked. They called me back to the room and agreed it was time to put her out of her pain. They brought the check out paperwork back to me to be handled so I didn't have to go back out after the procedure. I really appreciated that. The vet was the same one I saw before and was wonderful again. She handled it with gentle care. I definitely recommend Bailey's. I know people aren't fond of it being not locally owned, but I have to say the vets are top notch and very good people. They can handle whatever you need done. They are there for you and your fur babies.

They took great care of my opinionated Chihuahua and first-time-to-the-groomer Greyhound during their spa outing.
