This tailor replaced a jacket zipper for me, and did a great job. Seams were straight, it closed…read morewell, I was pleased. So I brought my boat curtains to be sewn-- just four curtains to be cut from the cloth and then hemmed. It was critical to have them cut to the right measurements, which I provided. Unfortunately, they were all off be 1/4" to 3/4", and the hems were angled, not straight. This should have been an easy job for a tailor, but the result was sloppy, unprofessional. Too bad, I won't use her again. :(

We have tried several places in town to get a few things repaired. Tailor to Go did excellent work…read more(approved by my wife and her impeccable taste), did them at a far lower cost than offered at any other place in Nanaimo and always have the work done in a week. She has done hems, pocket replacements and general alterations, all the work has been excellent.
