    A huge warehouse of fabrics

Excellent assortment of fabrics and patterns. Very well organized. Also a large number of bolts on sale . If you are in Nashville, it is definitely worth the trip .

Why are you doing inventory on a day it's supposed to be open? When I searched online for Stitchers garden and hit drive it shows that you're open? When I get there there's a taped sign on the door informing of the inventory closure. The short time I was there by the door 3 others came and went. Seriously, you're losing money! Last time I was there the personnel was very helpful and nice. I loved all the fabrics, new and old! I still hope to come again but next time I'll call before I head out.

They Moved into a HUGE new building!!! 144 Wilson Pike Circle, Brentwood. I was there today, they have not opened officially yet but I called and they said "come on by and you can look around". The new space is beautiful and Double the size as the one on Royal Oaks. The owner was there and she is such a sweet lady. They have everything beautifully organized and a GIGANTIC assortments of fabrics. I was told they will be offering classes in the near future. Don't miss out on this GEM!!! The phone number is the same so call ahead to make sure of the hours! Looking forward to going back when they are fully open!

I have to say, I almost didn't go given some of the reviews on Google. Then I missed the turn and almost gave up. I'm so glad I didn't. HOLY COW!!! The selection of high quality quilt cottons is unbelievable (AGF, Kaffe, Moda, etc.). I can usually stroll through a new-to-me store in a few minutes and pick up something fun (or not). I went up and down EVERY aisle! Had a lovely conversation with one of the gals working there (wish I'd gotten her name - so kind!) and chatted with Myra a bit as well. She was delightful. I do think signage could help (though I still would have wandered up and down Every. Single. Aisle!). Some manufacturers are displayed all together, while others are combined into colorways or themes. Books and patterns looked like they may still be a work in progress - but there is a LOT to choose from. We all organized differently and that's fine, but signage could help a newbie find what they're looking for a little more efficiently. Some cute touches - the way she folds her fat quarter bundles are unique (to me). It was busy (pre Quilt Week in Paducah, so lots of road-trippers passing through). Only one cutting table, which does lead to waiting. But there's always something inspiring to look at on the walls, or a conversation to be had with fellow quilters that make me not mind the wait. As I am just here for work this week - from Minnesota, and am very disappointed that I can't become a regular. My checking account, however will remain intact a bit longer...

Great selection of fabric, but unorganized, with grumpy employees. No thanks. I will go elsewhere.

Houri was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and prompt in altering my dress! When I initially dropped my dress off, I needed to get it hemmed and the straps taken in because of the deep V in the back of the dress. It was a lace dress with a lot of intricate detail and I was very concerned with finding the right seamstress to make these alterations. I dropped off my dress on January 24th and was able to pick it up on February 12th after getting the straps taken in, the dress hemmed, and a French bustle added to the dress. She listened attentively to all my concerns and considerations for getting my dress altered for my Hawaii Wedding! I came back each week to try on the dress and make sure the dress was what I wanted. I was happy with the overall experience including the customer service, quality of alterations, and the price. Houri charges by the alteration, not by the hour as some locations do, which I preferred. I would definitely recommend Houri for any alteration needs you may have!

I've always wanted to learn how to make macarons but the process seemed intimidating and the cost for classes in my area is high. When my friends proposed this, I couldn't believe the value. We had a hands on class where Heather taught us the best tips and tricks to tackle macarons at home. I left armed with a box of tasty treats (that I made!), detailed recipes, and so many great pieces of general baking advice. My baking has improved already. I would have given Eat the Art 5 stars if my experience had ended with just the class. But now that I have lots of time and nowhere to go, I decided to put my skills to the test. I made macarons at home! Heather is obviously an artist and you will definitely want to do as she says and "eat the art." If you're looking for a girls' weekend activity or something fun for a bachelorette party, you will not regret taking a class at Eat the Art!
